Does exactly what it promises. But you need a stable constitution not to think about ghosts here.

I've rarely felt so disgusted. I've known this hotel for what feels like forever, having vacationed at the campsite since I was little. This year we went to Wied in Flames for the first time in a long time (at least that was the plan) and booked two double rooms there. When we arrived I was already disappointed by the appearance, totally neglected. When you come in you can already smell the humidity. Our rooms were on the second floor, one with a balcony and one without. There was a smell in the room and it was extremely smelly. My husband first had to remove at least 10 spiders (and they weren't small ones). Even the pillows were full of cobwebs. We then went out to eat and to the fair, and when we came back everything was full of spiders again. My husband removed them and went into the other room with my daughter. As soon as we turned off the light I saw a big spider on the wall again. I got my husband back and when he turned on the light everything was full of spiders again. Apparently these had multiplied under the wooden paneling and the bed. We packed immediately and drove 160 km home that same evening. My son had nightmares all night about this room and the spiders. That was the purest horror film!!!I can only hope that this once really beautiful hotel will regain its splendor again, because I would never set foot in there again! The poor mechanics who want to rest there after hard work....!!!

This is my second time here because I have to go to night duty (care) nearby every now and then. It's simple, quiet and relatively cheap. That's the main thing for me. This time, however, I'm a little disappointed. When I booked the room, I mentioned that I was on night shift nearby and needed somewhere to sleep during the day. Unfortunately the room does not have any external blinds to darken it accordingly. I had this last time. I don't know how I'm going to sleep here during the day. Otherwise it is of course not a luxury hotel, but it is clean and ok for me. Oh yes, the TV doesn't work either.

Rooms extremely different. Rooms on the first floor were quite modern and large according to fellow travelers. Our family room on the second floor was musty and old-fashioned. The curtains cannot be pulled completely; around 50% of the window area is missing.Bathroom OK and clean, beds OK. and clean. Baby bed is great and children's bed linen was also made. One star each for the smell and the curtains, after all, sleeping is the main purpose of a room.

Actually a nice hotel, unfortunately in need of renovation. I had a double room with a balcony. The bed and linens were fine, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The towel in the bathroom was broken. The rubber seal on the shower wall was moldy and the shower cubicle door was very stiff. The location is great, it would be nice if this hotel shines again in new splendor at some point.

Disastrous. Soulless, largely left to its own devices, which apparently works completely without staff apart from an occasional cleaner. My room wasn't cleaned once in 4 days, the balcony was practically unusable because it was dirty. I suspect sand/dust kicked up from the horse farm right next door. When I arrived, the TV wasn't working, and there was almost no WiFi at all despite there being a router in the room. Reception was so weak that the connection kept dropping out.

My room is beautifully furnished and has a view of the horse farm...The cleanliness is fine, the smell in my room wasn't that nice... the view here also shows that there is a lot of catching up to do. I will describe the details to the operator myself so that this can be remedied... otherwise a great hotel, with a lot of potential that has not yet been exploited.I had dinner at the Bistro Blind Date (about 200m) away...Everything was freshly prepared, no frozen goods and extremely tasty... absolutely recommended and should definitely be recommended by the hotel...
