A neat and clean hotel. You are in good hands here. The breakfast for €10 is more than okay, everything is there.The only thing that wasn't so great was the bathroom, which was much too small. But that's fine for 5 days.

This hotel was our salvation last Friday night. We had a breakdown along the highway and were taken to Neuwied to the car garage. It was 2:00 am and this was one of the 12 hotels that I called, which answered and also helped our family of 5 with 3 small children in the middle of the night. Breakfast was between 8 and 9 am, but we didn't get to bed until 4 am, so that was a bit too early. They had left a pack of sandwiches and a bottle of water at the door, but because we woke up at half past eight, we were still allowed to come for breakfast. Something was made especially for us! The hotel is outdated but clean and tidy and I think it has something to offer. But what a service, you won't find a service like that anymore, but these people have a heart of gold to help someone in the middle of the night!

We were there for five nights. Ideal for a hiking holiday in the Westerwald. The hotel is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of town, right next to the forest, opposite is a small spa park.As others have already written, the hotel and the rooms are a bit old. This does not detract from a practical and relaxing stay.Extensive breakfast buffet and very friendly staff.Dogs are welcome in the hotel.Already marked for the next stay.

The hotel has had its best days. Since it is hardly fully booked, there is of course no financial means to modernize the rooms and everything.

Hello, unfortunately I have to agree with the others who gave this hotel a bad rating. There is scaffolding at the back entrance. You have to go over this to get to the hotel from the parking lot. AD from around 9 p.m. no one is there anymore. This is really dangerous because the boards are loose. The roof of the hotel has partially collapsed behind a wooden wall. The bathroom was less than 2 square meters and there was a smell coming from the drain. The room itself smells musty and shabby. As if no one had been inside for ages. Cobwebs on the windowsill. Stains in the carpet etc... The mattress was worn out.The breakfast is really bland. The sausages looked like they were a week old. The restaurant no longer exists. And the worst of all. You definitely have to vacuum the door before 7 a.m. on Saturday morning. Although I didn't see 5 guests in all days.My conclusion: The entire hotel including the owner remained in the 1970s.Next time I would rather sleep in the car than in a hovel like this.

Me and my girlfriend were on the return trip and chose this hotel. When checking in, the sweet lady asked if we also wanted breakfast, which was 10 euros per person and we did. From experience I can tell you that it is a very nice place for a transit or overnight stay for a short period

Rooms dirty and way too warm in summer. No roller blinds, which means it's way too bright. Windows haven't been cleaned for at least 3 yearsBreakfast is solid, service is excellent, always friendly and available at any time.

We came very late in the evening, a woman of the hotel came al the way from her home to welcome us. Very welcoming and kind staff! Great breakfast and a nice price. All around a great hotel on your way to Croatia!

In my opinion, renovation has been going on for about 30 years, old carpets have been laid throughout the house and the curtains, I think it smells old. The beds/mattresses were also worn out.The bathroom worked and was clean, that's a + pointFor me, nothing more than an emergency shelter
