The slightly different campsite. Great, very quiet location. Ideal for exploring the area.No electricity or water on site.Operator very nice and helpful.Sanitary clean but a bit small.

Okay, hear me out for a nuanced review that may save your experience. The reviews are raving positive, but there MAY be a catch.First off, the positives: This place is in a great location, the staff is very friendly and the views are awesome. Sanitary facilities are clean and up to date.The catch, however: the barns next to the camp site are used for groups of children that the staff has to entertain. When we were there, there were quite a lot of them, aged 6-8. During the day, they were on field trips and the cam site was heavenly quiet and peaceful. Then from about 18:00-22:30 the children were in the wooden barn and it is very, very noisy. On our first morning, they woke up around 6:30. 🫣The groups also use the kitchen and the fire pit, making it a bit crowded. Also, there is two showers per gender in an open room without curtains that are also used by the kids.To us, it posed a bit of an unwelcome surprise (we actually pitched our tent quite close to the barn). I hope to help prospect future guests to avoid this surprise.To end on another positive note: the kids actually came to our tent on our last night to offer us noodles they had cooked themselves. 😀To conclude: maybe ask the staff if there is a group at the moment of tour visit and consider pitching your tent a bit further from the barn..

We spontaneously stayed here for one night in a minibus. We were welcomed very warmly and had a great view of nature. Toilets were clean and there were very good, warm showers. We can highly recommend!

Very clean, beautiful views, peace and quiet, very nice owner, we communicated in English. Toilet, shower included in the price, barbecue area, bonfire, cooking area. We recommend!

What a hit 😊For €30 a night with our motorhome, we also got the local tourist card (free travel and discounts in the area), stayed a third night to enjoy extra. Don't miss the Bastei Bridge (15 min by car)!

We camped here for six nights. The location is perfect, it's smack in the middle of all the good stuff. Easy drive to Bohemian Switzerland, to Bastei and everything in between. It's also very close to main hike routes and public transport. Every hike felt like a visit to a playground with all the ladders, stairs and caves. The camping is great. Everything is so well maintained and clean. You can get your cold beer straight from a fridge, there is a place for grilling, a fire pit and lots a place to shelter when it rains. The owners really think along and care for their costumers without being too involved. They warned us about a public transport strike, grocery stores closing on a public holiday and offered more space to shelter and cook for people in tents during the rain. I really felt cared for. Thank you for making our May break so relaxed and sharing your beautiful place in this beautiful area with us.

Very nice parking space with nice and helpful staff. Sanitary facilities were always clean.An exhaust fan and a little more storage space in the shower area would be desirable. We'd love to come back!

Been there 5 years in a row and never disappoints. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Other guests also enjoyed very sociable evenings with a campfire. I'll definitely come back again and again ❤️

The ferry house is always worth a visit. Open 365 days is simply an announcement. The staff makes an effort. The prices are OK, but considering that you come more often it is quite intense... I was there with friends in the summer and with my family in the winter. I just love it in every season. It always has its charm. Keep going, get even better. I like this place.
