We camped for two nights. It's an absolutely stunning property, the grounds of a turn of the century mansion. Small hiking trails, gorgeous parkland. Washrooms, showers laundry available. A hidden gem on my list of places I must return to.

In August we spent three days in the yurt at Gut Kleve and really enjoyed our stay. The park where the yurt (and also the trailer) is located is simply beautiful. You can hear the rustling of the leaves quietly from outside and can relax wonderfully here. Fires can be lit both in the yurt and outside; We used both the well-equipped kitchen in the main house for cooking and the fire outside. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful and beautiful and the hosts, Jan and Tina, were warm and pleasantly communicative. All areas for guests have been newly renovated, modern and clean with attention to detail and leaving great old elements (e.g. colorful windows), including the guest rooms in the house. I can fully recommend Gut Kleve and definitely want to sleep in the yurt again in winter.

We had a very great time at Gut Kleve. Beautiful nature and absolute peace to get away from the hustle and bustle. The yurt was very clean and well equipped. Although the summer days were very hot, it was always pleasantly cool in the yurt. A cozy kitchen in the main house is available for self-catering. But we preferred to build a fire and use the cookware provided. An outdoor kitchen will be built in the next few weeks, which is sure to be great.The barbecue area in front of the yurt is great for a cozy fire or for grilling and cooking.The hosts were very friendly and always available to answer questions. We would love to come back again.August 2022

Yes, it's me again. After the short, emotional review, I would now like to rate the guest experience itself again. I worked in tourism abroad myself and have always set very high standards in management. With this second review I would like to restore the balance with the old reviews. Tina and Jan have only recently been actively involved in organizing events at Gut Kleve, welcoming guests, preparing the facility and renting it out. You are cosmopolitan, warm and have a great instinct for working with tourists or guests in general. From my point of view, they have already achieved incredible things in a short time, be it the structure or the rooms and availability of necessities for guests, which is very well thought out, or the renovation and sensible use of space and buildings. I think it will be difficult to get a room there very soon. Because if they continue as before, then I see a pretty fully booked annual calendar.

Little by little, Tina and Jan are creating a very special little paradise for themselves. Forget the old reviews!This was the second time in two months that I was a professional guest at Tina and Jan's and I can only say that I am at a loss for words when I am usually so eloquent. I can only describe my impressions here: deceleration, peace, calm, good sleep, attention to detail, dedication - more than just service, belonging, positive energy, laughter. Overnight tour in this area? Only on good Kleve! And I will definitely treat myself to a vacation there too. Especially because my dog is as welcome as anyone.

- No one was there at reception at 9:30 p.m. and the existing bell wasn't heard (then I called)- Stink at reception (big dog)- No TV reception in the room because the receiver was not available (cables were still hanging around)- Bathroom could be cleaner- No mineral water in the room, even though it was advertised on HRSNever again.
