Hotel Haus Am Meer

Dear Landmann family,Neuharlingersiel has been like a second home for us for years.We chose your hotel for our visit this year.The location of your hotel, which in our eyes is somewhere between a hotel and a guesthouse, is great. It is only a few minutes' walk to both the harbor and the dike.Since we didn't arrive until after 3 p.m. and got the key from the key box, we didn't get our spa cards until the next morning at breakfast.We found a very nice, clean room with enough space. The fly screens on all balcony/terrace doors and the fact that there is a parking space for each room should be positively highlighted.You also have the option of using almost any streaming platform (with your own account) on the television sets in addition to classic TV programs. The bed was very comfortable and high for the age.Cleaning as needed worked to our complete satisfaction thanks to the reversible door sign. We find this approach very sensible and resource-saving.The breakfast was surprisingly rich for the size of the hotel - we didn't miss anything.The service from you and your team was very good. Smaller mistakes happen. ;)We didn't really like the fact that issuing the spa cards, checking out and paying (in cash) in the breakfast room took place in the presence of the other guests. We would have liked a separate place here.As long-time visitors to Neuharlingersiel, you yourself were able to give us good tips for planning your day.The entertaining atmosphere at breakfast made us smile.All in all, a very good price-performance ratio for your hotel.We wish you and your family only the best.
