Nice park, not large, so everything is close by. Climb quite a bit when you're at the bottom.Cottages spacious and well equipped. Clean and well furnished. Sufficient equipment in the kitchen and everything worked.We were there during holidays in BE and NL, so mainly Dutch was spoken. Children enjoyed it very much.The park is in principle car-free, but many clearly did not care about this... All in all, it is quiet because all streets are dead ends.Not the typical marginal people here either :-)Swimming pool is basic, but warm enough to play for an hour. Only 2 family changing rooms.Food and drinks are also tasty and affordable everywhere, service is sometimes not that fast, but most people are not in a hurry here. So not a problem in itself, unless you have hungry children ;-)

Incredibly beautiful area, I was a hotel guest only in the restaurant, and I was very disappointed, both in the service and in the food. The serving of dishes took a very long time, the waiters brought hot dishes while the meat was almost cold, it felt like it had just been heated in a microbowl, they forgot to bring the full order, I had to remind them, in general the service was not of good quality, not only my table, but also other visitors endlessly approached the waiter and asked to serve, then ketchup or mayonnaise to the table. Not impressed.

The term “holiday park” fits the complex well. Very nicely laid out, pretty houses and a promenade with restaurants and shops. You can spend a nice time here, both inside and outside the park.However, whether the rooms have huge square meters and e.g. T. own sauna or wellness area and large, asphalted parking spaces opposite are close to nature and belong in a nature reserve???

Overall, our stay at the Eifel Resort Dormio on Lake Rursee was very nice. The park is on a slope, which makes walking up and down a bit strenuous, but it offers a really beautiful panorama. Unfortunately, even though we had booked early check-in, we still had to wait two hours because our booking was apparently overlooked, which was very annoying. We had booked the very highest premium category of a house, but I would have expected a little more. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom and the amenities were not as luxurious as advertised. Nevertheless, it was a very nice family vacation. The play opportunities for children were really good! 4 stars!

The surroundings are beautiful... also the houses and apartments... there is plenty to do for children... the great needs of the dog have also been taken into account...However, the trash cans outside may be emptied.Shop is well stocked and plenty of choice for fresh sandwiches.Swimming pool neat, restaurant looked good...park can't say anything about it.Cleaning of our apartment, for example, could really be better... combing cobwebs for example... the shower floor was flooded every time... it was not pleasant... cleaning the windows, children's hands stood up... and I saw several things that need more attention.But we will definitely come back... for all the beautiful things we saw...

Actually very nice for a short vacation. There is a point deduction for the multiple defects that do not match the requirements. As is often the case with holiday apartments, landlords should regularly spend one night in the apartment. Then defective curtains, patio doors, clocks, radios, lights and cooking utensils would be noticeable. An absolute plus is the indoor playground, which really puts the kids in a good mood. The location is also very nice. It's also positive that there are enough charging options for BEVs!

We felt very comfortable here. The apartment was huge, super clean down to the last corner and with a really great view. It was well equipped and the sauna was the perfect bonus after a long day in nature. From here it is possible to visit various excursion destinations. Whether it's a hike through the nearby forests with viewpoints, Monschau, Aachen or even Maastricht in the Netherlands are not too far away for a day trip. We didn't use the public facilities like the swimming pool and the restaurants because we weren't interested in them. The food seemed relatively expensive and didn't look very appealing to us, at least in the pictures. Many people mention the lack of soundproofing in the apartments. We had no problems with that at all. Although the apartment above us was occupied and apparently also by a family with small children, there were no disturbing noises.Booking, check-in and check-out were very quick, friendly and absolutely uncomplicated. Price performance, especially as a family, was top. For 5* I was just missing that certain something. A little more comfort and amenities compared to other apartments we had already rented. We would love to come back!

The indoor playground is not suitable for small children, today there were a lot of big children (soon to be teenagers) running around very quickly with pistols. They played some kind of laser game and walked around very carelessly. I had to leave the playground with the small children immediately to avoid accidents. Here you should please offer more space for very small children and not let all babies and teenagers play together. Restaurant wasn't that great because the food didn't arrive completely (fewer bitter balls than described), etc.Sauna was good.. and house a bit older but still OK..

Spent a weekend at the park with a group of friends. Well cared for and neat house. A bit small for a large group, especially the dining area and kitchen. Park is located on a slope, beautiful surroundings. Sauna is small but clean. Enjoyed.

The resort is beautifully landscaped, with a view of the water. The indoor playground in particular is beautifully designed for smaller children. The resort is a very good starting point for hikes, boat trips or even a trip on the Rurseebahn

Great location/area 👍 lots of nature and a wide range of excursion options, on foot, by bike or car. The resort makes a well-kept impression and the staff was very friendly. The holiday homes look very well maintained. Unfortunately, our holiday home, for 10 people, was only poorly cleaned, there were a lot of crumbs under the kitchen table, some of the dishes were dirty in the cupboard, there was still an old tab stuck in the dishwasher and there was still hair in the bathrooms. There are relatively few storage options in the holiday home for 10 people, especially in the bathrooms there is neither a shelf nor a cupboard.
