It's been a long time since I've been back to the Imperial Court, now under new management. First the positive: Very nice atmosphere and very nice, attentive staff.Not so good: The food - for the high price you can expect high quality. I ordered extra bread dumplings with my meal (beef slices with mushrooms). Unfortunately these were not edible; hard and more like window putty. Probably an industrial product that was quickly thrown into the water and not homemade.It's a shame, otherwise it would have been a perfect evening.

We were in the beautiful beer garden, the service was perfect. Unfortunately there are a lot of smokers there and you can hardly enjoy your food as a non-smoker. This is no longer up to date, with such tight seating you sit two meters next to the smoker and have to endure the smell. Because of the noise of conversations, you should perhaps create small niches or adjust the seating. Our table was at the end of its life, the veneer was already coming off.The tarte flambée was a bit heavy with sour cream (=greasy), but okay.Prices are reasonable, just under 120 euros for four people each with a small meal and few drinks, you can't say anything about that.We have been to the Kaiserhof several times, the food is very good there!

Very nice restaurant, great ambience, very friendly and reservedly attentive. We had lunch in the winter garden, despite the rain you can sit in the beautiful garden for a while. Very good menu with enough selection, seasonal asparagus, very good wine recommendations.

There is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to food, considering the price segment, the taste and the way the food is prepared, the service is very hospitable and quick, the ambience is also wonderful, a really beautiful garden is very well maintained and cozy

I've eaten at the Kaiserhof several times now and have left each time very satisfied. Now I would like to publicly announce my opinion about the restaurant with a clear conscience.The Kaiserhof is truly a small oasis in the quiet area of Willich. As a traditional company, it has a large fan base, at least that's what you get when you sit there and notice that almost all of the guests know the employees and greet them in a familiar way. The employees are trained and friendly, the cuisine is consistently good and the portions are absolutely large enough. Prices are still humane and fair given the rising costs in the industry.Be it dinner or lunch, it has always tasted wonderful. The waiting time is always reasonable. The new covered and elaborately glazed terrace is very cozy and invites you to linger. It looks incredibly attractive and charming, especially in the evening when it gets dark outside.All in all, the Kaiserhof is a fantastic restaurant with good food and almost family-like thanks to the friendly and warm staff. If necessary, you can get the right wine recommendation from Yvonne, the restaurant manager, and it is always right.I look forward to my next visit.

Unfortunately, all dishes are prepared to a level that does not correspond to this price segment (5 minutes from order to table, regardless of the dish). Unfortunately, nothing seems to be prepared individually anymore.

We were in the Kaiserhof restaurant for the first time today and we were thrilled! :) The service is friendly, professional and very attentive. The taste of the food is also really top notch at a reasonable price, as is the selection of drinks. We particularly liked the beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant and outside in the winter garden.
