The apartments are very cozy and clean, the garden is beautiful with lots of play options for children of all ages.Thank you very much for great hospitality! We will definitely see each other again.

Beautiful welcoming apartment, very comfortable and equipped with everything.The Falk family was very hospitable with good tips for excursions. We enjoyed our time and can recommend the apartment without hesitation.

We were there during the summer holidays and we really enjoyed it. The large garden with a variety of play options was very good for our children (3y + 8y) and the trampoline was particularly a hit. The hosts, the Falk family, were relaxed and friendly. The campsite and the beach are within walking distance, where there is also the opportunity for the children to meet new friends. The nearby Eckernförde is worth at least a day trip and Kiel also offers a lot.To shop you should go to the commercial area in Kappeln (normal prices, sometimes cheaper than at home); the shopping opportunities in Damp or other tourist magnets are unaffordably expensive.

Simply the most beautiful farm with the most beautiful holiday apartments and the nicest owners who are always there for you and who we were able to get to know in over 10 years in the Baltic Sea.

We are at this holiday farm for 2 weeks, it is ideal for children. You can get lost in the mega-sized garden and there is a lot of play equipment for the children. The large garden even allows parents to relax in a corner and enjoy the peace and quiet while the children can play in the immediate vicinity on the trampoline, on the climbing frame or in the toy wagon and can even be a little louder without disturbing the parents 😂 (I think every parent knows what I mean). The beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. You just have to turn in front of the campsite, otherwise it costs extra.

You immediately feel at home here. Just beautiful.

An all-round successful holiday!A beautiful and well-kept holiday farm with all the accessories you could wish for.Beautiful, bright and well-kept rooms with modern facilities. Great mattresses that allow you to sleep well are something that some top hotels can do well.On the farm there are:- an incredibly friendly host family- Horses (pony riding is possible)- Goats that greet you very friendly ;)- two running ducks, but you don't get to see them- hundreds of birds- a steam sauna- the possibility of renting bicycles- Trampoline- Soccer goal- Basketball hoop and court- two wooden children's climbing frames with swings, slides and sandpits- countless romantic seating areas- a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, various pots, pasta strainer, etc. (Probably better equipped than many private kitchens.)- A washing machine- and much more.The Schubystrand can be reached about 2km via a cycling and hiking path. The beach is well maintained and wonderfully quiet in the nudist area (where very few people practice nudism). The access to the water is extremely shallow, after 200m you can still stand, perfect for children.There are plenty of shopping opportunities within a 10km radius.We were able to relax incredibly well and our three-year-old played wonderfully with the family's grandson and had a lot of fun.We were definitely not there for the last time.

I've been going to the Falk family for more than 20 years now.Even as a small child, I had a lot of fun with the play facilities and the nearby beach. There were always other families there to get to know. I always spent the most time with the beautiful Icelandic horses... cleaning the stables... riding ponies... and later going out. Most of the horses are now well-deserved pensioners.There are plenty of options for young and old on the farm and in the surrounding area. Whether to relax or have fun and experience something.The courtyard with its huge garden as well as the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment invite you to feel comfortable. The garden offers quiet, shady corners but also a sandpit with a large climbing frame, basketball hoop and swing for the children. Every area is beautifully designed. The modern apartments are generously furnished with enough space for the whole family.They are very warm hosts who are always helpful and have good tips.For me it's like "coming home" every time.
