We stayed in a privately rented house within the complex. That's why I'm only writing here about the location in general, even though the houses are actually identically furnished. The facility itself seems totally neglected: no mown lawn on a careless playground, potholes on the paths, hedges overgrown. The negative highlight: The advertised café (with bread service for the houses, live music and fresh cuisine) is simply closed in the high season! I cannot recommend the facility at all. Very expensive and promises a lot that it cannot deliver. Absolute disappointment!

The marina pods are really lovely. You are greeted very friendly, so that your holiday starts straight away. The houses are a dream and the view of the Schlei ensures relaxation at any time, no matter what the weather. The houses are well equipped and nothing is missing. Full recommendation!

We have now arrived in one of these fine houses for the second time. The welcome was again very warm and extremely friendly. Although the marina is somewhat remote, it is absolutely quiet and offers enormous recreational value. With a direct view of the Schlei!!!

Have been here on vacation several times. Very nice holiday homes, fully equipped including a sauna. Relatively few houses, each with large plots of land. Direct access to the Schlei.Our cousin picked us up here for a sailing trip on his boat. You can explore the wonderful landscape with beautiful villages by bike. Very good restaurants in the areaThe landlords very friendly and helpful. The small harbor bistro offers delicious drinks and snacks. We'll definitely come back

The house was very beautiful. It was clean, we had everything there.We would have to try a lot, there were a lot of light switches 😅 and a lot of spiders to get rid of. All in all nice.Driving on the site was difficult. The ground was a single pothole...Unfortunately we had bad weather. There were activities suggested in a folder in the house, but there could have been more. In addition, general information about where and what is nearby would have been very nice.But otherwise everything was perfect.

Rating House No. 28: Supposedly 5 stars? I won't say yes. Who awarded Alfons Schubeck? Unfortunately there is a heavy insect infestation (ants) in the kitchen, living and dining area. Since the problem was known, the property was still rented for €1,500 per week. Problem addressed and the answer (someone has to look again) I don't think is ok. Cleanliness: The next cleaning is better with glasses, can't be a mistake. Spider webs with content are not uncommon. Pure relaxation? Yes, that's true if you don't have any neighbors with 2-3 children. Otherwise it's better to be out and about all day, that's easier on the Nerfs. Bathroom and sleeping area are ok. Conclusion: Everyone has to decide for themselves, I won't book anymore. But we Sauerlanders always have something to complain about :-)

A wonderful place to relax and unwind. Our rapeseed flower house left nothing to be desired and if we had any questions, the very helpful and friendly staff were always there for us. A little tip: you should enjoy the great sunsets with a cool drink in the harbor cafe. If you are looking for a quiet and tranquil holiday destination embedded in a beautiful landscape, you have come to the right place.

Clean and tidyWe had one of the smaller houses and are completely satisfied with the facilities.The Hafen Café is also recommended.We are thinking of coming back next year at the latest.It would be nice if there was a charging point for electric cars by then

I have to admit that I have never written a review before and didn't want to do it this time either. But that would be wrong. Other potential guests should also be able to read about our experiences.House number 27 is indeed beautiful and exactly as advertised in the pictures. The facilities are also very good. However, the provider's premium promise is not fulfilled due to several aspects.Evidence:1.) The bread roll service is not offered, so the trip to the bakery, 6 km away, is extremely time-consuming.2.) The harbor café is closed, so the comfortable sitting and drinking coffee on the banks of the Schlei had to be cancelled.3.) The motorboat that was supposed to be made available in the harbor could not be offered either because there is no longer a harbor master.4.) The reception is also hardly staffed due to an acute shortage of staff, so contact can only be made by telephone. The really nice lady was overwhelmed with too many tasks and was only able to respond by phone after a significant delay.5.) The parasol behind the house cannot be tilted and is too small for the large table. It could only fulfill its purpose of providing shade for a few of us.6.) After use, the whirlpool was dirty with yellow flakes (?) that had apparently been rinsed out of the jets. The tub was then cleaned. Unfortunately the same picture emerged after the second use; It's unfortunate when you have to shower after bathing to get clean.All of these defects were reported to the lady on site. Their reaction was very understanding of our dissatisfaction. When asked whether Marina-Hülsen wanted to show her gratitude in any way because of the reduced performance, after consulting with the boss she could only answer “there is nothing that can be done”.Premium is different.One more tip at the end:The swimming opportunity should only be used with swimming shoes. Unfortunately, both my daughter and I cut our feet on a rock or other sharp object. One toe was cut so long and deeply that it had to be treated with plaster.

If you want to vacation in peace and quiet and in wonderful surroundings, this is the right place for you! We had a skipper lodge and were completely satisfied! Friendly welcome, landlord always approachable, cozy and beautifully furnished holiday home, everything there! Trips to Maasholm, Gottorf Castle, Rendsburg and the Jewish Museum are recommended. In the evening the fireplace was on... It was wonderful!

Quiet location on the Schlei, about 15 minutes drive to the Baltic Sea. Pets very friendly. Dogs are welcome here, but unfortunately there is no bathing facility for the animals.

Beautiful holiday home complex and marina on the Schlei. We stayed in the pilot house for a week and just let our minds wander. This silence, far away from any hustle and bustle, is crazy👍 The house is very well equipped and spacious. Our dog also felt really comfortable. As a skipper, you must find out in advance what options there are for taking provisions nearby. The next town Rieseby is a few kilometers away. It might be worth considering offering a bike rental service or, alternatively, a shopping service. We'll definitely be back.Update 7/23/22: We're back. This time in the sailor's cabin. Very nice welcome and support. Clear recommendation 👍
