We had the opportunity to stay in one of the unique triangular houses at the resort, which offered a modern touch and a spacious, cozy environment. The location was convenient, being close to the beach, and the layout provided a nice sense of openness. While the kitchens could benefit from some updates and we found the dishes to be less than pristine upon arrival, the dishwasher was a helpful addition to address that concern. We did encounter some challenges with the mattresses, as they seemed to contribute to discomfort for both younger and older guests. On a positive note, the bathrooms were modernized, although we noticed that the flat shower floors made it easy for water to spill onto the floor. Additionally, the shower curtain could use some attention, as it tended to cling during use, and there were minor signs of mold in the corners. We appreciated that the fees for the swimming and recreation park were included in our stay. We enjoyed a discounted company rate, and I can see how the original prices might be a consideration for others.Visiting in the fall provided a lovely advantage, as there was minimal tourist activity, allowing us to fully enjoy the available amenities without waiting. The long walks along the beach and the nearby park reserve were delightful, and the surrounding beaches definitely offered additional opportunities for exploration.

The hotel is great, and the location is excellent. The rooms are very spacious, but unfortunately, there's no kettle or microwave provided. We wanted coffee or room service around 8 pm, but nothing was open, and there was no way to get a coffee. They sell coffee pods, but only the luxury rooms have Nespresso machines, and the pods were quite expensive. It would have been nice to at least have a kettle for instant coffee or a coffee machine in the lobby. Overall, it’s a pleasant place – my 20-month-old loved the buffet and the indoor park. We’d definitely stay again, but I’d recommend bringing your own kettle if you want a morning coffee. There were also no toiletries provided. The nearby restaurants didn’t sell us coffee, and the staff at the Italian restaurant were quite rude. They didn’t accept MasterCard or take coffee orders either.

Clean hotel, nice people at reception, nice room with enough space. I would have added a couple of towels more and a kettle for a tea before sleeping but at reception they said not allowed for security (???). In this case a little tea station for the client would be a real plus for the hotel.

If you are looking for a trip to just relax in a nice resort then this place is definitely not for you!!! Every activity area is at a great distance so be ready for lot of walking. They have a shuttle service but you wouldn't want to stand and waste time waiting for the bus. Also the lift service was a great example of bad planning. Such a big building with 12 floors has only two lifts working. The third doesn't work. So it is not the best hotel to relax! . The rooms were decent and clean. Breakfast was good. Another point of complaint is we came here for my husband's birthday and the I wanted a small pastry with a candle the response I got was not something I expected in a resort that is supposed to be a part of hospitality industry. The guy in the breakfast area said they can give me the walnut sponge cake from the breakfast spread (which my husband is was already eating ) 🤣 and the lady at the reception even better she simply said we don't have cake here ask the restaurant. No let me try for you or wait let me call the kitchen and ask for you. Basically they will not stretch even a little for you to make a moment special for you which is quiet shocking at a family resort of this kind. Disappointed to not be successful in making my u birthday special. 😑

Rooms are amazing, specially Beach facing rooms with Balcony. The rooms are well equipt and well designed/organized. I am totally satisfied. Nice place to have holidays with family. Amusements are sorrounded to the hotel, you have many things to do there, to see there. I would highly recommend if you are stressed with the work or may be with some other things.

Our family visited for 4 nights and it provided the location and amenities we needed to relax with our 2-yr-old and 4-month-old kids. The buffet brekky and dinner ñrovided tons of toddler-approved options. The waterpark was a great way to break up the sun-weathered beach days.We opted for the family suite and it provided enough space for various members to nap comfortably while my husband and I enjoyed balcony beers. The view of the harbor was amazing during these long June days. The suite also offered a sink at the perfect height for little people and a small door into the kids room.Room for improvement: It would have been nice to have the ability to blackout the room midday while kids were trying to nap. The sun was rising at 4 a.m. during our visit sending the wrong message to our toddler. Also, the seagulls were a bit of a nuisance and even borderline agressive when we were on the balcony with snacks. Not sure if anything can be done about it though. Some kind of room service would be nice for times when the kids are cranky and overtired.

The ferienhaus we stayed in was a bit old and cold. Not very cozy. But the area is nice and the Funhalla was a hit for the children.

The room is very nice. The bed is comfortable and everything in the room is modern and updated. The balconies are too close to each other though. When you want to sit outside, you can see all of the other people's balconies, so it's not very comfortable. There are only 3 elevators for the entire hotel, so you end up waiting forever and sometimes it's easier to just take the stairs. Parking is not included in the price with the hotel stay. Breakfast is not good. The bacon is overcooked, the buns are squishy, the cheese is dried out,the pancakes taste like dough, and the seating is very canteen like.

An old hotel, with a 80’s vibe on the exterior. And with a viking-themed hotel in the rooms/interior. A bit confusing. Clean and fairly new renovated rooms. Everything else was a bit old. Especially the playhall. Been there, not coming back.
