I had a difficult time finding a restaurant in the Black Forest that serves vegan / vegetarian dishes until I found this on Google Maps.I booked online via the restaurant's website. We ordered the Farmer Burger and the Mühlenglück Burger (vegan). With each burger order, you select you desired "chips" which are either sweet potato 🍠 or normal potato 🥔 and the dip of choice. The food was served in exactly 15 minutes. The avocado cream dip was excellent. The potatoes were so well made, crunchy and not oily (I suspect that they were air-fried very well). The burger was amazing and super delicious. The meal was a big portion and quite sating. The service was very friendly and chill. You can sit indoors or outdoors. We picked outdoors for the cozy view. There are many garden games and swings around that are aesthetic and made of wood. The place is very neat, peaceful and beautiful. There is no music indoors. It's very quiet and suitable for conversations. So far, most restaurants in the Black Forest tend to be quiet. The bathrooms are very well-served, with emergency tampons and pads for the ladies and an area dedicated to change the baby's diapers. For dessert, we picked Mühlenglück Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte and Red Fruit Flash tea. They were a perfect match 👌🏻I highly recommend this place and am very delighted that it exists in the area ✨

It’s a little away from everything, so you definitely need a car if you wanna visit Cities neaby, we likes it especially because of the silence, cute little river behind the building, all clean, nice and tidy rooms!Perfect for a few day stay to do a little sight seeing in the area around Offenburg, Gengenbach, the whole Kinzigtal… I would definitely come back if I need a stay around here! :)

Our friends really liked it and so did we!We went to the Black Forest for the first time and friends advised us to stay in Hotel Mühlenglück.The hotel is located in a beautiful valley. It's small and cozy.Making the booking was easy and they are very flexible.Clean rooms and new towels every day.Very friendly staff who's also willing to give personal tips and recommendations on where to go and what to see. They serve good food in their restaurant and in their garden where you can eat under the trees. We had dinner all 4 evenings in the restaurant of the hotel which is great after a long day of adventures in the mountains. We have found our place to stay for the next visits to the Black Forest.Thank you.

Great place to stop. A large playground for the children and a large gras field to walk around with a dog. Drinks are adorable and they have great cakes. Also for dinner this is a good spot. The parking lot is spacious and separated parking for motorcycles. You can charge your car. Nice to see the train as it pass by.

We stayed in the hotel with our 3 little kids during the Easter break and the experience could not have been better! The hotel has been recently refurbished. …

We checked the cakes on offer, but nothing really tickled our fancy.Cakes looked either like designers' work or not too appetising.I understand that it often is a matter of taste and expectation, but we left to try our luck elsewhere. All tables were unoccupied despite it being early afternoon.Everything looked very clean and rather spacious, but too much like a business hotel.Again, that is a matter of taste.Staff consisted of some young ladies who didn't give us much attention, but maybe they didn't want to disturb us.

Excellent service . Staff very friendly. Spoke good English which helped too. Had coffee and Black Forest gateau … delicious! The food coming out to other tables looked great . All very fresh .Absolutely immaculately clean. Bought some Black Forest gin too. Would love to come back and stay at the hotel . Lovely outdoor seating and views for the warmer days . Children’s play area outside to keep the little ones occupied. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from me! Wonderful!

A fantastic hotel with a lot of charm. Our room was spacious enough for three (large bed with an additional bed for our daughter), without the feeling of being stuck in a space capsule. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a simple, yet a well laid out spread of eggs, pancakes, meats, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, juices, etc. There was a nice little playground that our daughter (and other children from the hotel) enjoyed playing on. A small creek can be heard flowing peacefully behind the hotel. The restaurant seems to be a popular spot, and for a good reason....the food is good, and the cakes are a must. They are absolutely delicious. Thanks for a wonderful four days and see you next time!!
