I stayed in the beautiful holiday complex for a week and was greeted upon arrival by the very friendly manager. When we moved in there was extensive information material about the town of Neuschönau and the adjacent national park.The complex is a few minutes' walk from the bakery, butcher and small shop. It is also less than 10 minutes to the bus stop and the two inns.The ground floor apartment I lived in appeared to have been recently renovated and was in very good condition. I found the location perfect for my daily hiking tours and will happily come back.After a year:This time I had an apartment in the attic, but again great modern furnishings and spotlessly clean. Still a 5 star rating, if you like hiking, you're in good hands here.

I have been in Neuschönau at least once a year for around 40 years and have been a regular guest at the holiday resort for several years. I think that alone speaks for itself. I feel very comfortable here, my dog is welcome, the location is great for hikes, the service is unusually friendly, the apartment is very ok, and last but not least the price is absolutely reasonable. What is unusual is that electricity consumption is billed separately. But I can “live” with that.

It's always a pleasure to be here. I have been coming here regularly for around 25 years and am always satisfied. Simple but clean and functional accommodations. There is now even high-speed WiFi at no extra charge. The beds are comfortable and the night storage heaters create a very pleasant warmth. The lady who is responsible for the rental is very friendly and always helpful. We would love to come back!

Very well-kept complex, the apartments are not ultra-modern, but lovingly and comfortably furnished. The property manager really takes excellent care of everything and is always helpful and friendly. The facility is kept in top condition. Renovations are being carried out (e.g. balconies, windows, doors) and the cleaning crew is doing an excellent job. Everything clean. We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so for many years to come. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the right place, as is anyone who wants to do some outdoor activities. Families anyway.

Recommended. Standing space for 4 people. Very clean and you can always reach someone by phone or get a call back within 20 minutes. Washing machine in the Luden house can be used if it becomes necessary, which can quickly become necessary with small children.

As soon as you arrive, Ms. Sp. makes you feel warmly welcome. The holiday apartments are functional, clean and with a good price-performance ratio. Here you can relax pleasantly, enjoy the great surroundings, especially the national park, go hiking in the wider area and ski. We have been enjoying coming here for several years. Recommended.

Very nice like every year, we like being there. The swimming pond is not far away and you can go down for a beer in the evening.

Very nicely located holiday apartments with short distances to the swimming lake, treetop path and, above all, to the bakery and corner shop as well as to the Gasthof Zur Post if you don't feel like cooking. In bad weather there is no DVD player, but the WLAN works 1a. The apartment(s) are a little old, but everything works perfectly and the kitchen and bathroom facilities leave nothing to be desired.

We have been coming here for over 10 years and are always amazed by the surroundings and the people and you can also walk a lot. Apartment is very clean and very well equipped, nothing is missing!!!
