I definitely wouldn't host a larger celebration there! Keywords negative:Warm sparkling wineUnfriendly servicePoor/lack of serviceUnfavorable candy barLack of hot foodLukewarm thin filter coffeePoor overpriced breakfastShabby roomsIf there is a complaint, the boss gives a discount which he then adds on to elsewhereI was invited to a wedding reception there at the beginning of August. 😉Since several guests, like us, had a longer journey, we booked a room in the Dragoon Building. We got the keys and wanted to bring our things to the room before we went to the champagne reception. The place was already very worn out and also dirty from the previous user. So get out quickly, let the staff clean up and then go to the champagne reception. There we were welcomed with warm champagne by a young, unfriendly service person. The next tablet and the one after that, in the end there were 4 or 5, were also loaded with warm champagne.Even if the photographer has worked overtime with the wedding couple in the park directly in front of the dragoon building, you can't load the trays with champagne at least an hour beforehand. This is a total rookie mistake.Perhaps it was also due to the situation that the wedding couple was promised two to three service staff for the wedding. However, they also had to take care of the terrace for daily operations. After what felt like an eternity we finally received fresh and cold champagne. Now we were finally able to move into our room and freshen up. The room, as I said, very shabby, wasn't exactly a blast. The kettle was broken, several light bulbs were broken, the drain in the shower was completely blocked with hair so that no water could flow out and the shower cubicle was so broken that it was difficult to close it completely and even with a wide slot. The result was a wet bath. Then we went back downstairs for coffee and cake. Past a candy bar (which the bride and groom paid for) nice thing, but unfortunately all the day guests could also help themselves there. The coffee was very thin but that's probably a matter of taste 😉Every drink had to be ordered from the two service staff - one was in a bad mood and the other had hair on her teeth. Even when we were eating, no one came to the table and asked what drinks we wanted. If you're like me and like to eat soup and a salad before your main course, you may have been out of luck. Because after a very short time one of the hot dishes was empty. Unfortunately nothing was refilled. I had to scrape together the leftovers, which were good, but there was no meat left in the sauce.Unfortunately, breakfast the next morning didn't help get the day off to a good start. Again the same thin coffee, orange juice that tasted of caraway, a selection of sausages and cheeses that didn't deserve its name. Everything was just laid out carelessly. No fruit, no piece of vegetables or cereal was searched for in vain. After everyone had taken a roll, all the baskets were empty. But due to the perfect lack of service, you had to get up and go to the counter to order more. With the result that there were answers like: "Then we'll just have to bake it again"HELLO, what kind is that? For me as the father of the bride, it was unfortunately very shameful how the bride and groom were dumped.I hope everyone who has their celebration organized there has better experiences.
