This is one of very few places where I feel like I am at home when I go there ... the food is fantastic as well as plentiful ... it rocks!!! Being that I'm American living in Germany I'd have to say the number of places that I can walk into and have my favorite beer order set on the table without my ordering it is exactly one ... this is that place!!!

The three of us were here for a weekend for the “No Mercy for the Calf” running event.The 3-bed room was very large, everything was clean and bright. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was also clean and large enough.In the evening we had dinner in the restaurant, the taste and size of the dish were also great.We had breakfast on the day of departure, where you can also find everything you typically need for breakfast. Coffee, orange juice, rolls, sausage, cheese, etc.Conclusion: it was the perfect accommodation for our running weekend.If we're ever in the area again, we'll come back.

The rooms are just about appropriate for the price. On the day of arrival it turned out that no room was prepared for me and everything was occupied (despite reservations! and confirmation!) it took three hours until I was allowed to check in.Well, I thought, I have no idea what exactly happened, but mistakes can happen.However, I have to say that the owner of the hotel is absolutely unfriendly and likes to make stupid noises to guests at her hotel. I confronted her once because she made a stupid comment about my parking. However, apparently in her excessive arrogance, she simply left.The room itself is satisfactory for an overnight stay, but avoids talking to the owner more than necessary.

A family business in the best sense of the word. A very committed and warm family takes care of the needs of the guests.There is very good German cuisine at extremely fair prices. The visit is worth it every time.

The rating is bad because the bed was half broken and the bed linen was the cheapest of the cheapest. It is unpleasant if there is a stain there and you can see through to the mattress.The pillow was a pillow from bulky waste, yes that's the truth! You could feel your head directly on the mattress... So you can't satisfy any guest.I don't need five different "towels" in the bathroom that can't be described as hand towels but as rags for car washing!Shower curtain no comment.I don't need spider webs on the ceilings.Thank God there was no dust anywhere, but a pillow lying in the closet without a bag or something similar is not satisfactory.Nobody needs old furniture, you have to keep up with the times no matter how, otherwise the store will close suddenly!I don't need pictures of a cow.I left the window in the bathroom and room open all week, but the acrid smell in the bathroom and room, which I couldn't identify, just didn't go away.The breakfast buffet, well, what more could you expect for such little money.But after the first day, I preferred to get my breakfast from the bakery.Tuesday morning, my sliced cheese was probably from an open package that was opened more than three days ago. Half of it had already dried out.That's a no go... and how annoyed the lady felt, I didn't go to the buffet all week because the rest of what you get to choose from could be several days old.Overall, spend more money and find better places to sleep.
