Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the accommodation. For the money there was neither breakfast, nor soap, nor a closet with hangers, nor a clean shower or toilet. The nice lady said she probably wouldn't be in the house for a while and that I should pay the money immediately... which was fine with me. Unfortunately, I should have taken a look at the bathroom first. So for 75 euros you can probably expect everything to be wiped through again. Instead, I went out myself and got cleaner for the shower and toilet as well as soap for my hands. In my opinion, if you charge hotel prices, you should also offer the service accordingly. The first and last time... What a shame! The location is quite good. Two stars for the location!

Inexpensive, well-equipped rooms and a very nice landlady:
I lived here on weekdays for five weeks for professional reasons and there was nothing missing.
The room I had was always clean, generously sized and equipped WiFi, large TV, desk, armchair, French bed, wardrobe, etc. really very well equipped. The bathroom is also spacious and has a large walk-in shower, two large bathroom cabinets and a bidet. What is really unusual is that there is a small communal kitchen (with a refrigerator) for the guests, which is completely sufficient for preparing simple meals.
Communication with the landlady was always uncomplicated. The landlady was very flexible regarding the short-term booking request and the coordination of the arrival time. Receipts for the employer, for example, are available both handwritten and by machine.
The location on the outskirts of town is ideal for taking a quick walk into the nearby forest or strolling through the nearby lime tree avenue.

Unfortunately I have to give one star here to be able to write something. Totally overpriced, 75 euros without breakfast. The rooms dirty...full of cobwebs and dead and live spiders. The bathroom was dirty...mirror full of toothpaste and water splashes, the toilet hadn't been cleaned for a very, very long time. Windows and view? None....If you opened the windows, you looked into cellar shafts that were still full of spiders and old leaves....We initially wanted to stay for 2 nights, only after this disaster we left after one night. ....never again !!! ...Everyone has to work hard for their money and this is a complete rip-off.

I have been a permanent guest at the Lüke Guesthouse for over a year now for professional reasons. The special conditions for long-term rentals are very accommodating. Arrangements and requests can be easily clarified with the landlady at any time. Your own guides and guests are always welcome and their overnight stay(s) are easily organized.The apartment is equipped with everything that makes a long-term stay pleasant: large double bed, small kitchen, modern bathroom with very spacious walk-in shower, sitting area, WiFi, TV and private access to the terrace. With its view and tranquility in summer, the terrace invites you to sunbathe, relax, grill and much more. The nearby forest, Wilhelmsthal Castle, the outdoor swimming pool, the Disc Golf Park, etc. offer a wide range of leisure activities.I really enjoyed my time here.
