The inn is close to a lake which made our view from the balcony very nice.The hotel and our room are rather old.You shouldn't expect a high level of comfort.The balcony is shared as there are no partitions between the neighbors.It seemed to us that the housekeeping was very economical.Unfortunately, breakfast was also good, but only the bare essentials were available.The staff was also very sparing with friendliness and talking.Only the grandmother (probably) was friendly and still has the old school of politeness.What's good and also why we were there is the proximity to Bayernpark.Conclusion: old inn with little comfort and service.

Very close to bayern park!! 9 minutes approxService was super friendly and accommodating!!Rooms were very clean except for a small corner in the shower!! But this is generally quickly remedied if you replace the silicone!!Unfortunately, the shower is not very well thought out!! One side is glass and the other side is completely open, you can't wash yourself so carefully that the whole bathroom isn't flooded afterwards!!The balcony could perhaps be cleaned more often and made more comfortable (no armchairs available!!Breakfast and dinner were really great and very tasty, unfortunately the flies annoyed us so much that it was hardly possible to sit together comfortably!!However, no one can do anything about that!!We were very happy with our short vacation!! Good value for money, very close to the lake and the staff are all very friendly. The bathrooms have been renovated in a modern way, but otherwise it seems a bit old, for example there are actually still mechanical keys and no keycards. The main door is also closed mechanically at night (there is no door code), so you have to ring the bell to wake up your travel partner if you come into the room at different times. WiFi is good.The breakfast buffet is really very simple. Sure, given the low price you wouldn't expect salmon or anything like that... but a small selection of fresh fruit with the muesli (e.g. apples, bananas, etc.) would have made a difference for me.
