I would definitely recommend the hotel.I stayed there for five months.Clean and well maintained, with a very good equipment, which includes not only kitchenette with respective cookware and fridge, but washing machine and dryer in the basement. Additionally underground parking and place for bicycles.Great location, in my view - 8-10 minutes on foot to the train station or to the city center, or to the lovely small lake, the place called "Überlaufbecken mit moderner Kunst", even less to the supermarkets.I didn't come there in the best personal situation, but I got a nice and friendly place. In all cases, when it was need, I got the respective support.And, I have to say, very good, flexible pricing policy, especially for long stays.Gut gemacht, Appartement4you :)

I was a guest at Appartement4you for two weeks because I had work in Munich. The beautiful room is equipped with a small kitchen (stove/sink/fridge/microwave). All furnishings including cookware/cutlery are in new condition. Ideal for self-catering, you don't have to go to a pub/snack bar to eat after work, you can cook whatever you like. Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity, so I didn't need the car to go shopping. It was stored in the underground car park the whole time. It only took me 10 minutes to walk to the train station, and just 45 minutes by train to the main station in Munich, faster than taking the car on the motorway. The cleanliness of my room/bathroom (and the entire house) was impeccable, the service staff was very nice and accommodating. I felt very comfortable there in the two weeks. If I ever end up in Munich again, I would be happy to be a guest there again.

Equipment, size and layout of the apartment is excellent. The spacious roof terrace expands the living area after work. The bathroom and rooms are immaculately clean, and the towels were changed every now and then during a week's stay. Is also suitable for longer stays. The initial problem with the booking machine was solved in an exemplary manner by Mr. Wagner's very friendly and personal service. I recommend Appartement4you and would be happy to come back.

Nice accommodationBut the cleaning is terrible, trash not emptied for a week for 4 people, one toilet paper at night, you can't sleep because the minority sits outside and shouts, but otherwise nice
