This is our third time here as a family of four. It's always nice. The Köberle family is very nice and helpful. The two apartments are very lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The play barn with Kettcars and co is a highlight. The lake is just a few meters away and very refreshing. So just good!!!

From day one we felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment and also on the beautiful holiday farm. The hosts were very friendly, personable and accommodating, we immediately started talking and got great tips for excursions and other activities. A dream for small children who like animals, because you can go into the stable alone and use everything available. The apartment was super clean, nicely furnished and you had everything you needed. We would like to come again! :)

We recommend! We stayed there for a week with two families and had a great time. The Köberle family gave us a warm welcome and were always there to answer any questions we had. The two holiday apartments are furnished to a very high standard with attention to detail and there is everything you need. The farm itself is a paradise for children and even in rainy weather there is a great alternative with the play barn.

We immediately felt very comfortable. The Köberle family welcomed us very friendly and we immediately started talking. Everything very cordial. The apartments are very comfortable. After the excursions, lounge chairs were available. Everything was very accommodating. You could visit the animals at any time, which was a great experience for the children. It was a wonderfully successful holiday with very lovely hosts. Thanks! Absolutely recommended!!!!

It was an incredibly great holiday in the pretty and cozy town of Niedersonthofen with the friendly, warm Köberle family.Our 7 year old daughter, who has seen many holiday farms, said (despite the lack of other children) that this was her best holiday so far. She was able to occupy herself wonderfully by watching, petting and feeding the goats, and was completely blown away by the rabbits, the two ponies (riding and leading possible upon request), the two sheep, who at this time supported a very sweet little lamb got, the cows and chickens. She also drove for hours on all the go-karts, toy tractors, scooters, etc. and jumped on the trampoline or in the hay in the play barn and we were able to relax in the sun loungers, on the wooden lounger or in the hammock.Despite two days of rain, we didn't feel overwhelmed, especially because the apartment was cozy and very large. It was well equipped with everything you need. Sufficient pots, pans, glasses (except for a pilsner glass ;-)), cutlery, mixer etc. were available. There were also two kitchen towels, some dishwasher tabs, dish soap, hand soap, kitchen roll, salt, enough towels, cushions for the chairs on the balcony, tea lights, lighter, hairdryer, etc., which is not necessarily a given!We also slept well. The beds were a bit harder and not too soft.Ms. Köberle was always available to answer any questions in a friendly and helpful manner. We would like to thank you very much for the great holiday and look forward to coming back!!

It was a great two weeks on the farm. Thanks to the great suggestions on the homepage, we really saw and experienced a lot. The time went by sooooo quickly. Ms. Köberle was very friendly and always available for a nice chat.The farm was very close to the lake.A beautiful corner to relax and experience.

Super nice farm located very close to the lake. The apartments are very nice and super clean. There are 2 ponies, Fee & Gina, who we rode with every day. There are also goats, sheep, rabbits, cats, cows and chickens. There is a play barn with lots of children's vehicles and we can jump on hay. Perfect vacation for children!! We'll be back

We had a very nice week with the Köberle family. The apartments are very lovingly furnished and very clean. The farm makes little children's eyes shine, everything has been thought of and so even the "smallest" holidaymakers get their money's worth. It's about a 10-minute walk to the lake.Many thanks to the hosts for your warmth. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. Everything is really very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and the landlady and her family were very warm and accommodating. Our children (1, 2 and 4 years old) had a lot of fun playing in the yard and at the very nearby lake. The surrounding area is also beautiful and there are many excursion destinations. We will definitely come back! :-)

+ Host very very nice. Apartment and yard very clean and comfortably furnished. A big +! There is something for everyone to play with and cuddle (animals). Highlight is the play barn with lots of toys and the ponies. You could take them for horseback riding with the children. The adults also get their money's worth. E.g. table tennis, hammock...– Shower VERY small, (you couldn’t even bend down) unfortunately only VERY cold water for showering and “noise” from above (trampling and chairs being moved) until the night and early in the morning. Unfortunately, we slept very little, which was on vacation It's not that great because you're there to relax. WiFi gone after 10 p.m., no reception in general. But that's not so bad now. You're on vacation ;)Environment also great. You can do a lot of things and eat great food everywhere! You can get bread rolls on foot.However, we would come back because it was still great :) But then please take a shower with warm water and with less noise ;)

Like every year, I planned a week's vacation with my girls and so we chose this accommodation. We were totally thrilled. We were welcomed very friendly, got a very nice, very clean apartment, the kitchen was also optimally equipped, everything we needed was there and we really felt very comfortable the whole time. The landlords were always helpful and open to all of our questions. I can only warmly recommend this accommodation if someone wants to relax. The landscape, the lake, the nature and the weather were also fantastic. Many thanks to the landlords, it was a very nice week for us!
