Very nice rooms and modern. The family was very, very nice. The location is very nice. Not so flexible without a car. Children have fun. Lots of animals and even more play options. A dream for everyone.

Gmeinders Landhaus is the perfect place for a relaxing break. We spent a week there and are absolutely thrilled by the indescribable hospitality. The owners are extremely accommodating and make you feel welcome from the first moment. The surrounding area is picturesque, with a variety of activities nearby - whether hiking, cycling or cultural exploration, there is something for everyone.The offer for children is particularly family-friendly: they can play with the available toys in the yard without any worries, which provides a lot of fun and variety. The combination of comfort, peace and the abundance of possibilities in the area makes Gmeinders Landhaus a place we will definitely be happy to return to!

We, 2 adults and dog Heli, spent 5 wonderful days with the Gmeinders family. The apartment (Grüntenblick) was great... the facilities, the cleanliness, the location and the view of the mountains... nothing more is possible :-). The good soul of the house is Angelika: you can't beat her warmth, always an open ear, great tips... you simply feel like you're in good hands as a guest. We can recommend the country house 100% and had great encounters, including with the other guests. For Heli it was paradise and we will definitely come back.

We received a very warm welcome and had a wonderful holiday with Fam.Gmeinder.The apartment was very nice and clean with a view of the mountains.The yard is lovingly designed and you immediately feel very comfortable. The hosts are uncomplicated and very warm.Dear Angelika and Walter, it was so nice with you and we would love to come back.

We spent our summer vacation 2023 with the Gmeinder family.It's a very beautiful environment. The location is ideal for families with children.The apartment was very clean and nice. The landlords were very friendly and helpful.There were plenty of activities for our children (animals, trampoline, children's vehicles).I would be happy to recommend Landhaus Gmeinders.

My husband and I spent a lovely short vacation with our dog at the Gmeinder family. The apartments are beautifully decorated, cozy and very clean. The property is in a very idyllic location with wonderful views of the mountains. Very animal-loving family, we will definitely be back.

Are every year and have the entire house...Landscape/location - top and quiet.Rooms - well equipped and clean.Common room and kitchen - spacious and well furnished.Play opportunities for children - there is a lot on offer for the kids.Some of the play equipment is very old and should be replaced.The trampoline absolutely needs a side net because this poses a very high risk of accidents!All in all, a very great country house to relax in for the family.Happy to come back!

Had another great weekend at Gmeinders Landhaus with our friends. Great location, lots of options for the kids, peace and quiet and great hospitality. In 6 weeks we're going back for a family vacation. We are already looking forward to our days there. Let's hope the weather cooperates.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend at Angelika's. Our daughter, 18 months old, was really excited about all the animals. My personal highlight was the barbecue hut, where we were able to conjure up a great meal for the whole family at the end of March. It was very nice, highly recommended and we will definitely come back. Thank you for the great hospitality.

We spent a wonderful autumn holiday with the Gmeinder family - the apartment was cozy and the kitchen and bathroom in particular were extremely modern. I also particularly liked the cleanliness. The children (3 years and 6 years) had great fun in the rabbit hutch and with the children's vehicle fleet. The trampoline was an absolute highlight for her and for us parents the view of the mountains and the lush greenery. The children were able to walk alone around the farm and explore everything without hesitation, the road was far enough away and that really appealed to us. The location of the farm is wonderful - we were, among other things, at Neuschwanstein Castle and on the Zugspitze, you can also get to Austria quickly and there are plenty of excursion destinations for children in the surrounding area. Angelika is a great host and also recommended many excursion destinations to us. Thank you for the wonderful time with you in the Allgäu!

We (4 adults and two small children, as well as our lovely two dogs) had a wonderful week in the Allgäu. The host family is very warm, open and uncomplicated. The country house is very quiet, away from street noise, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. A beautiful barbecue area and an indoor barbecue hut invite you to enjoy pleasant culinary evenings together. There are many loungers and deck chairs where you can relax with a book or just unwind. The children's leisure activities are adequately catered for with a trampoline, small football field, slide, swing, various Kettcars, pedal tractors, smaller toy vehicles, table tennis table, table football, as well as goats, turtles, rabbits, sheep and cats for petting and feeding. We are happy to recommend the Gmeinders Landhaus.

Caution! Extreme rip-off when booking - we wanted to change our booking 6 months (!) before our stay, when they just said rudely on the phone: "You have signed". Bad luck if you haven't taken out travel cancellation insurance (which you also pay extra for). Here you can't hope for any accommodation from the host - so it spoils the anticipation of your stay even before you start your journey.
