Clearly outdated but very clean rooms. You could probably clean or replace the carpet in the rooms with stains. But many visitors have already written this. At the breakfast buffet, the selection of cheese and sausage was very clear. Given the relatively low prices, you can ignore a lot, even if reluctantly.

Unfortunately, we had to stand in front of the door for 20 minutes upon arrival because the reception was not occupied despite the announced arrival time and other information. Unfortunately, the rooms are not a highlight, a comfort room is in the basement. Minibar nil. Doors slam loudly and everything is very dark and not really comfortable. No bar, no restaurant, no vending machine for drinks.Breakfast okay but also there, eggs cold because not heated and rolls are only available in one type at half time.

Quietly located. Breakfast ok. TheHowever, sausage products were probably from a discount store.It started with no one in the house at lunchtime. You need a code which you can get at the thermal baths 300 m away (downhill).This could have been pointed out beforehand. The house is showing its age and is partly very worn.Our room was a small attic room that was so dark that the light had to be turned on even during the day.There were a few children's beds in the hallway that you could squeeze past.One of the worst hotels I've booked so far.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We booked a double with a cute balcony, overlooking the surroundings. The booking includes the whole day use of the Therme including that of sauna land. On the day of departure you get another 3 hours of Therme and sauna, free car park. They serve a great buffet breakfast one can sit in the Schweitzer Stübli....Great staff, pleasant and so charming.

1 star is 10 too many!!!!One day before the time for free cancellation expired, the hotel received a message saying that the booked room category was not available. A different room was offered, but no information was given as to what kind of room it was. Despite repeated inquiries by email (the hotel could not be reached by phone, it was always forwarded to the bistro of the thermal baths), no corresponding information was given and I canceled the room again because otherwise fees would have been incurred (perhaps that was planned?).I can only advise against booking here!!Funny......an hour after cancellation several room options available again on the website🤷This isn't about the newly offered room...it's about the fact that the booking company didn't respond to repeated inquiries; apparently negative reviews are responded to more quickly.

A Garni Hotel, well located with the possibility of using the Aqulon Therme. Good breakfast. Parking spaces (limited) at the house. Rooms ok, but the cleaning can be improved. That was already significantly better.

My sister and I were very satisfied. You always have to look at the price-performance ratio and that can't be topped there. Clean, quiet, good location, great balcony, bathroom with window and the people were really nice. There was nothing wrong with the breakfast, everything was there and also very clean and appealing. I've had worse nights at significantly higher prices, including in Bad Säckingen. We will definitely book there again next time.

The breakfast was always the same and no variety, the offer should change more often. The rooms, well, need to be renewed, like the bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bathroom didn't have a shower, only a bathtub.

The breakfast is cheap at €5 but unfortunately there is hardly any choice. Then it's better not to offer breakfast at all. When I left I had to call Tjermalbad again and wait a long time to get my bill (even though I paid in advance). There is a TV in the room, but the TV function is switched off, you can only listen to the radio. Carpet ancient, dirty and disgusting. Rooms extremely noisy and completely worn out. You can forget about WiFi. Constantly interrupts.

Our reservation was messed up.When we asked by phone because we were standing in front of a closed door, the response was cheeky and rude and no attempt was made to clarify the situation. On the contrary: I should go to the thermal baths to clarify this. Since I have limited ability to run, I called again to get clarification over the phone. My second call was ignored.I will never book this hotel again and I am glad that I quickly found a hotel instead that is much better organized and the operators are very accommodating!Unfortunately I had to give stars here, but even one star is still too many!

We were completely satisfied! Friendly welcome, everything was well prepared, tickets were on the bed along with a bathrobe! Nothing was missing at breakfast either! Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel partly outdated. That wouldn't be a big deal, but stained flooring, unsightly joints in the shower and various facilities that are rotten or simply in need of an overhaul or refurbishment. E.g. shelf in the shower... In general, the rooms, even with the bed linen, are more like a rehabilitation clinic than a hotel. Breakfast okay. Staff friendly. The free entry to the thermal baths makes up for it somewhat. A nice view from the upper balcony
