Value for money; a nice, well-maintained hotel in a pleasant neighborhood. Officially a three-star hotel, but in our opinion with a big plus on top. The employees are attentive and friendly. We had booked a comfort room. It was super clean and quietly located at the back of the building, compact yet spacious enough, with a nice bed and good mattresses. In one of the cupboards there was also a small safe that you can lock with a key.Our breakfast consisted of a very diverse and extensive buffet, which was clearly prepared with love and attention. As guests, we really felt spoiled with various types of sandwiches, coffee (from espresso to latte, from plain black to capuccino), sweet treats such as cake and mini muffins, breakfast liqueurs, and an extensive choice of meat toppings, cheese, English breakfast, fresh fruit, etc. The staff also makes sure that everything is always replenished. The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood, where you can walk down the street in the evening with peace of mind. You can park for free on the street of the hotel. It is close to the highway, but you don't notice it. It's quiet there. Around the corner is a street with nice shops (such as a specialty store for running shoes and one for outdoor gear), a fitness center, a supermarket, restaurants and eateries. We had a very tasty and affordable meal at a döner shop a little further down this street. The hotel is a fifteen-minute walk from the Grugahal. We were here for a night for a concert, but we would have liked to stay a little longer. Highly recommended for a weekend in the Ruhr area!

The hotel is about 3 minutes by car from the exhibition center. It is located in the middle of a residential area. The house is older and has been modernized as best as possible. The staff tries hard, but demands and reality differ widely between the website and reality. Unfortunately.

We are regular guests at the Hotel Maximilians and had friends visiting Augsburg again this weekend who stayed here. We can't mention the excellent service in the Maximilians restaurant often enough, especially from Mr. Antoine Söll, Mr. Max Füller, but also from Lisa, who accompanied us excellently throughout the evening yesterday. But it's not just the service in the restaurant that should be highlighted, it starts with the reservation with Ms. Julia Kölbl-Hannes and Ms. Franziska Schäffler and the entire reception team, as well as Ms. Andrea Fischer from the bar.Our friends were also thrilled from arrival to departure and will definitely come back.We are already looking forward to our next stay and can only warmly recommend the hotel.R. Typical trade fair hotel, had everything you need. Beds very soft, no air conditioning in the rooms, little light in the bathroom. Large shower and enough storage space. Fans were also available. Breakfast was good, fresh egg dishes, fresh fruit etc.Parking spaces cost €10

Full marks are given here. The hotel is quietly located in a residential area. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I really liked my room. I was able to sleep with the window open, quiet area. There is a desk where you can work quite well if necessary. There are enough sockets in the room. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower. At first I was worried about the bed that it would cause back pain. The bed was very soft. But no. I slept excellently. The breakfast is good and sufficient. The scrambled eggs actually seemed fresh to me and didn't come from a large industrial pack. Delicious. The hotel's parking space is manageable with 4 parking spaces and one I just squeeze my car in there. Especially since two of the parking spaces are occupied by the hotel itself. I got a public parking space in the residential area right in front of the hotel.
