We stayed at the hotel for a long weekend. There is NOTHING to complain about, the hotel is very nice, rooms are cozy and comfortably furnished, we had a room with a sea view, it was very nice. The breakfast A+, nothing was missing, everything was there, from scrambled eggs/omelettes, salmon, various rolls and fresh bread, and much more, nothing was left to be desired.Service and the staff were great👌very friendly and always helpful.Unfortunately I couldn't use the in-house pool because I had a cold, but I did have the wonderful sea air🥰Many restaurants/shopping options within walking distance. It was 3 very nice and full days.

We stayed in a 51sqm apartment for 6 days.Positive:-Very close to the beach-Dogs allowed (we came with 2)-each room has (as it seemed) a loggia-modernly furnished-friendly staffNegative:-Dogs are very expensive (€15 per dog per day plus final cleaning €75, the price was really steep)-Underground parking very expensive (we used the public parking lot)-Cleanliness was unfortunately just OK- mattresses that are too hard- Pillow, if you can call it that, leaves a lot to be desired (better bring your own)

Unfortunately, communication with the reception is not that easy, as a guest you have to think of everything and you have to get every word out of your mouth. You can book breakfast and dinner separately, but only if you're lucky and it's mega overpriced, that way The “wheelchair-accessible” swimming pool can be reached by wheelchair, but a wheelchair user cannot change in the swimming pool; there are only 6 lockers in the changing room

Swimming pool always full, no luggage trolleys available upon departure, reception unfriendly, price/performance ratio is not right

So the decision first. I wouldn't book here again. Basically you can say that it is a good hotel. However, it fails overall because of the little things. The reception is short. There is no information. We had to ask about every detail. So the misunderstandings didn't last too long. Because we tried to book breakfast with it. Since the hotel was fully booked, we were told that we couldn't get breakfast. That alone would be a reason to leave again. A breakfast restaurant that does not have enough capacity. Completely unacceptable. When we made a reservation for dinner but didn't go, we were told that we had to pay for dinner (€95). This was also a misunderstanding which, in our opinion, should have been explained at reception. How it turns out remains to be seen. The apartment (room 6604) itself is well designed and modern. However, there is hardly any storage space in the bathroom. The towel holder (heater) is too small. However, there are hooks on the door. The towels, however, do not have hooks around the towel The towels seem cheap. The TV is no longer up to date and too small (24 inches). The apartment does not have a vacuum cleaner. The parking garage costs €14 per day another conclusion.

This is our first time in this hotel and we are giving it 4 stars because, in our opinion, there is room for improvement in a few areas. We have an apartment for 10 days in the new extension and we have to say, it has everything you need as a self-catering person. Very clean and ideal for families with 1-2 children. The only thing we were missing was a Smart TV, for example Netflix or Sky would be a great alternative in bad weather or for a film in the evening.Personally, I'm also a bit disappointed with the fitness room. The room is very small and awkwardly positioned. The division could be solved differently and therefore better. The dumbbells only hold up to 10 kg and they are awkward to hold, not ergonomic and the handles are too thick. The fitness tower that is there is not comparable to one in the gym. All in all the gym is OK.The swimming pool is "Ok". It is completely sufficient for exercise in the morning or evening. Personally, I would prefer swimming to exercising in the gym.I can't say anything about the wellness because we didn't use it.The underground car park is very narrow but manageable. The loading and unloading strip in front of the house was always completely occupied. According to the signs, you can park there for one hour with a parking disc.At the reception it always depends on who you meet.We weren't so lucky when we arrived and weren't provided with any information, e.g. which elevator leads to our apartment or where something is. There was probably no interest in giving the customer a proper reception. We would have liked a nicer welcome for our stay, which wasn't exactly cheap for 10 days. But this seemed to have been an exception, every subsequent day the reception was happy to take time for us and always had an open ear for us :-)Rewe, Aldi and Netto are 10-15 minutes away on foot, the beach is approx. 250-300 m away and everything else can be easily reached on foot. I can't recommend the pizzeria in the house because the price/performance ratio wasn't right for us. The portion sizes of the pasta dishes were more like a child's portion than an adult. The drink prices were also very utopian! But the pizzeria on the other side of the street (Lavita) is highly recommended. Delicious dishes at humane prices. Better make a reservation here👍🏻Leisure activities: A Sky & Sports bar on the ground floor, next door table tennis, billiards and two bowling alleys. Accessories such as table tennis bats can be borrowed at reception. Conclusion: All in all we had a nice stay and would visit the house again.
