We just thought it was great. All the employees are super friendly. Breakfast perfect. Parking is free and even the dog is free. We've never had that before. Thank you very much for the great stay

The hotel itself was very good and quietly located in the city center. Wernigerode Castle and the HSB and DB train stations are within easy walking distance.The rooms are a bit small and not everyone likes the old-fashioned style, but I thought it was ok. There is a kettle and cups so you can make tea or instant coffee if necessary. I have nothing to complain about about the bathroom, which is also a bit cramped, everything you need was there.At breakfast we were warmly welcomed every day and asked what we wanted to drink.We were very satisfied except for the mattress, which my back didn't like at all. But I have to say that we saw when we left that they were being replaced.

We went to Wernigerode for a short vacation. The hotel room was clean and a mixture of old meets modern, of course one can argue about taste, but it was completely sufficient for us. We were asked about satisfaction the next day when we said that the mattress was quite hard, which was when we returned home in the evening a topper on it so it was significantly softer. Breakfast buffet is simple and sufficient. Service very nice and accommodating. Dogs are very welcome. Location is good.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The service was incredibly good. I was particularly impressed by how warmly the staff treated my dog.The rooms are spacious and very clean and the breakfast buffet has everything you need to start the day refreshed.The location is also sensational!I can only warmly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit!

If you need something inexpensive and not luxurious, this hotel is the right place for you. Our room had the charm of/from the 70s, but then it's also a matter of taste. We found it okay so far, we only found the mattresses a little worn out. We found the breakfast and the location very positive. For breakfast you can say that there was enough stock, including the most important things. And it was always replenished. The location was also good, despite the main road it was nice and quiet. Conclusion: We were satisfied so far...

In our room we felt like we had been transported back to the 70s. Opinions definitely differ, some like it, others don't. Nevertheless, everything was very clean and we also found the warm welcome at the breakfast table pleasant. Kind regards to Wernigerode.

Very nicely decorated hotel in an idyllic location, just a stone's throw from the old town. Nice rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff with a top price-performance ratio. Only recommended!

Small, fine family-run hotel just below the castle. Parking spaces behind the house, keys are in the box, which makes late arrivals flexible. Breakfast and rooms were good. Just under a km to the old town. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

We were super satisfied. The location to the city center is great - 25 minutes on foot.It's on the main street but super quiet. You can sleep well with the window open. The room - 4 beds - is sufficiently well equipped. Parking spaces available behind the house. We were there with our dog over New Year's Eve. No extra charge.Key allocation via the safe but that works smoothly and saves the already scarce staff. Room and shower or toilet clean. Drinks such as tea and coffee in the room. As well as the refrigerator you trust.The breakfast was good, of course more choice can always be had but sometimes attention to detail also counts. Warm and cold parts available. Always fresh and well stocked.Overall we had a good stay and would come back at any time.

An extremely great hotel. No contact required, we got the key with the booking number from the locker and put it in the key box. Great room with coffee tea making facilities, nice and warm when we arrived. Rustic furnishings with cute lamps. In front of the hotel, mulled wine and homemade food were offered in a small Christmas hut with a fire and cutely decorated bar tables and seating. The food was really tasty, there was solyanka and smoked pork with sauerkraut, all homemade. We ate twice. The breakfast was lovely, small but very nice. Attention was paid to silence. Dishes were not cleared away unnecessarily while guests were still seated. It was always replenished if something was missing. The scrambled eggs with bacon were finally perfect, as we have already experienced a lot of bad things. All the staff was very nice.All in all, we would like to come back because we really liked this small, quiet hotel.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. Sufficient parking spaces around the house. You can reach the city on foot in 10 minutes, but during the day you can also take the bus into the city. The bus stop is about 200 meters above the hotel. The hotel has its own charm. The reception is not staffed. Room key via a small safe at the entrance. Uncomplicated check-in/out. We had booked a 2-bed room and were accommodated in a very spacious three-bed room. The room was functionally furnished. I particularly liked the lamps throughout the hotel. Breakfast was at the buffet. It tasted delicious. The staff on site was very nice and helpful. We'd love to come back.

A very nice, clean hotel that is well located (10 minutes walk) from the city center..... We really liked the furnishings, it must have been renovated.... Breakfast was also wonderful. The selection was good and the staff was good very nice...we were very satisfied......can recommend it....
