Ferienhof Merk

We spontaneously booked a short vacation with the Merk family on the farm. We were there for 6 days and felt very comfortable. The family was very nice - especially to our 2 year old son. Both the holiday apartment and the playground were well equipped. We will definitely come back. The location is a bit out of the way - but ideal with small children

We spent a wonderful week on the Merk family's farm. The apartment was clean and lovingly furnished and decorated. Our children loved their room. It was furnished with toys, board games and even a Toniebox with Tonies. The Merk family answered every question our young farmers had with the patience of an angel and lovingly integrated them into everyday farm life. We were super excited and satisfied and the time flew by. Many thanks to the Merk family for the lovely week.

We have been coming to the Merk family's farm for many years. Although our children are now older, they are once again looking forward to a few wonderful vacation days with family connections, to the horses, visits to the stables, baby animals, barbecue evenings and many unforgettable moments!And of course we are also looking forward to seeing the family again, the lovingly furnished holiday apartment, the fresh rolls in the morning and the delicious cheese - as well as the good Allgäu beer - and simply pure relaxation!

This is the fifth time we have been to the Merk family's holiday farm and that alone is telling enough!Lovingly furnished holiday apartment, completely renovated with lots of attention to detail! The kids are completely happy and there are so many toys in the children's room that we don't have to bring anything for our three children. The farm also has everything a (children's) heart desires, from a shop, a children's vehicle fleet to a huge trampoline (the best thing, of course, is that they can help out with the stables!). Only recommended! Dear Andrea, thank you very much for always welcoming us and your family so warmly!

Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and it was very noisy due to a green ape that was full of fat

Unfortunately, a really great short vacation has now come to an end. The apartment is renovated, which wasn't clear from the pictures on the website. Looks great and you feel very comfortable. The facilities are great, we have rarely experienced anything so great. And with beautiful mountain views. A lot has also been thought of for the children: lots of games and books in the cupboards, small backpacks, night lights, fall protection, children's toilet seats and stools in the bathroom for washing hands.The playground and other play areas are well equipped. The children certainly won't get bored here.The kitchen was also well equipped, nothing was missing (even a soda maker, egg cooker, toaster).On the farm there are cows, calves, two horses and a pony, chickens, two ducks, a dog and a few cats.The Merk family does their work with a lot of dedication, loves their animals and took a lot of time to answer all of our questions. We were allowed to clean Julchen, the pony, and help feed the calves in the evenings.There are more than enough excursion tips in the various folders in the apartment.There is a baker and butcher in town who also sells some groceries like a corner shop.We can highly recommend a holiday here and look forward to coming back.

The apartment was great! Very clean, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. The children's room was even furnished with lots of toys, stuffed animals and loving decorations, our son (3) immediately felt at home. The new bathroom is particularly chic and very modern and spacious.The Merk family was super friendly and very fond of children. Our son was allowed to help out in the stable and use many children's vehicles such as tractors and Kettcars. The beds were perfect for us, neither too hard nor too soft. And we were able to get a travel cot for our youngest son (6 months).The surrounding area is fantastic and offers many great excursion destinations for families and rainy days.We'd love to come back :)

The holiday apartment with the Merk family was fantastically beautiful! Very modern, but with Bavarian charm!We felt very comfortable!
