We were in the house with the bowling group at the weekend. We felt very comfortable. The waitresses and the boss himself are super friendly and helpful, actually everyone from the Walburg team. The food was super good and also really reasonably priced. The tables, whether for dinner or breakfast, are lovingly set.The rooms are large, very clean and have everything you need. The fixed fly screens on the windows are also cool. Thanks also to the cleaning staff who checked the room every day. The bathroom is still missing one or two hooks or a shelf, but this is often the case everywhere.The bowling alley in the house is cool and we were able to have dinner there without any problems.We can only recommend a visit to the Gasthof Walburg.Thank you for the extremely nice weekend and good luck in finding more staff.

Yesterday evening we were only guests at a 60th birthday party, but we have to say that we were very satisfied. The welcome with great appetizers was great. Beautifully set tables with attentive service. Despite a full house with a music event that didn't bother us, it was perfect. Food very good. Even the onion roast that was offered (we were worried since it was a buffet that it might get dry due to the long time in the rechaud) was as it should be. The only small point of criticism was the slightly high salt content in the sauces and dumplings, which we found to be somewhat high. But as I said, it's a matter of taste. We think there was definitely something for every guest when it came to the selection of drinks (especially the extensive wine list). As guests, we would like to thank the young ladies and the gentleman for their support. Even if we were perhaps a bit loud for positive reasons.We can't say anything about the hotel industry because we didn't stay overnight there.Kind regards from the Palatinate

Were not there to stay overnight.Stopped in spontaneously during the motorcycle tour and was served in a friendly, quick manner. The food was very, very good. Definitely recommended and definitely not the last time you'll eat out when you go on a tour in the area again. 😎

We had a birthday party there yesterday, it was truly the worst evening, I have never experienced anything like what I experienced in this restaurant yesterday. Yes, and now I’ll describe a little bit about my evening. We got to the restaurant around 6 p.m. and it had already started that the tables weren't set for the number of people, which was true, the waitress came with a face like what do you want 😂😂😂😂😂😂 no hello , and not a good evening either, yes, that's about as far as it goes, we ordered food, the soup came very quickly, but it turned out to be very oversalted, then we had to eat the main course immediately after the soup, with the justification that another group was coming and Then they don't have time for us. When we ordered the main course, 5 people got the food, the other 6 had to wait about 20 minutes and 2 didn't get anything. So after dinner we visited the Boling track, we all went downstairs and after 10 minutes the whole thing started. Suddenly the boss came downstairs and started shouting, insulting us and also throwing us out of the restaurant (bowling alley). With the justification that it doesn't work that way, he no longer tolerates it because 2 children aged 4 and 2 years wore shoes on the streets 🙈. So we had no other choice and had to leave the restaurant before it escalated even further, we still had drinks that we hadn't finished, but we had already paid for everything. The food that still felt like it would also be paid for 😞, so all in all it was an anti-social action by the boss. He won't see us there anymore. And those who read it, it's nothing exaggerated, it all happened like that and a lot of other things, but I can't write a whole novel here.
