Really great! I regularly go to Lingen for work and always stay there when I can. Great, modern rooms in a quiet atmosphere, great views (especially at sunset). Would recommend this accommodation to everyone!

The hotel was booked for 4 weeks.Nice, clean, large room. Nice bathroom. Delicious coffee. Unfortunately the coffee machine, kettle and toaster are in the hallway, but that's manageable :)Staff super nice, relaxed and direct. It's great to talk to management and your wishes will be fulfilled wherever possible.Contact via WhatsApp is great.Sufficient parking spaces are available.Bicycle parking spaces under the carport with charging options.I would be happy to come back and I would be happy to recommend the hotel to others in our company.

We stayed for 2 nights and were very satisfied. Service in advance by email is uncomplicated and friendly. Rooms bright, clean and cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the location was very quiet so you could sleep really well. There are enough parking spaces available directly around the entrance and free of charge.I can agree with other reviews about a coffee machine, it would be more practical in the room itself than one for the community.

As a family of 4, we only stayed at the Lingen boarding house for one night as a stopover to the North Sea. The rooms were in perfect order. The furnishings are almost new and modern. The location (about 10km from the Wittmarschen motorway exit) is ideal for a stopover, but the location on the Dortmund-Ems Canal would also be ideal for a short vacation. Dinner at the Timmer Inn was cheap and delicious. With a self-catering kitchen, there is enough for small meals. Improvements should be made here from the knife to the plate. I would call it Spartan. Contactless check-in is great. Prices good for what is offered. There was contradictory information about charging at the E-pillar. In the inn it was said that the column could be used free of charge with the RFID card. The long-term tenant in the house then claimed the column for himself and asked for a moderate 25 euros for one full charge. We didn't pay anything. But a clear regulation with a notice would make sense. Still 100% satisfied.

Nice room, there's nothing to complain about, the environment is very quiet and the people are friendly, but I have to mention that the garbage or towels weren't checked once during my stay. I think it's a shame because after day 4 the garbage was overflowing.

Great place to stay in Lingen, very clean and modernly furnished. It is particularly rare to find hotels with ventilation systems that continuously provide fresh air so that you can keep the windows closed while sleeping. The possibility of being able to charge the electric car directly in front of the door was also very positive.

Very modern furnishings, uncomplicated and easy safe key check in...absolutely clean and a small kitchen with microwave and refrigerator is also available and to the right of the main entrance there is a fitness and lounge with a bean cafe machine...Everything is great!

Very nicely furnished, modern and with a balcony or terrace... very clean with a mini kitchen and a lounge with 3 appliances, a comfortable couch and a bean café machine, nothing is missing... A big compliment and thanks to Mr. Timmer 🍀👍👌😊
