Highly recommended for a wellness holiday, especially the massage.The food is just average, there were 3 dishes to choose from, but unfortunately most of them came to the table lukewarm. You could also rethink the salad selection. I think dessert is too small. Breakfast was great.

Pleasantly quiet hotel in a quiet place. The rooms are furnished with the most necessary. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast like in a hostel, nothing special. Unfortunately only one coffee machine is in operation, queuing is annoying. Dinner went like this.The wellness area is great. Unfortunately, the whirlpool is not easy for older people to access as there is only a handrail on the wall and the steps are slippery.All in all, a pleasant stay

You start the day already acidic when you want to eat breakfast. 15 minute wait for a coffee, stale rolls, cold, crumbly scrambled eggs... 4 stars are something else

I visited last night for a weekend wellness motorcycle trip. The price-performance ratio is very good. The evening menu and breakfast were very fine. All the staff were very friendly. The wellness area has 3 saunas, 1 steam bath, swimming pool and whirlpool. Water and tea are included in the price. There are loungers indoors and outdoors. My room faced the parking lot downstairs, but that wasn't a bad thing. It was very quiet at night and I could see the motorcycle directly from the room, basically sleeping cheek to rim.

When I arrived I was warmly welcomed and briefly briefed.I first inspected the room carefully and could not find any defects or inconsistencies.Since the hotel is not located in a big city, I didn't expect hyper-modern facilities. However, the discreetly placed light strip on the bed and the retina-burning mirror surprised me.The room reminded me very much of visiting relatives in a quiet location.I can only say good things about the staff. From the receptionist to the cleaning staff, everyone was very friendly.In the restaurant you could also chat with the staff or interact with other guests.The spa treatments were also very relaxing. The swimming pool and whirlpool were very well maintained and the water temperatures were extremely pleasant.Yes, the walls are a bit thin, but as long as you don't have the TV on high volume or have heated conversations, that's perfectly fine.Thank you for your hospitality and commitment. I am completely rested and recovered again.

I stayed in this wonderful hotel with my little son (2 years old). We only booked with breakfast. This left nothing to be desired, everything was fresh and rich. All the employees were very friendly, everything was clean. There are enough parking spaces available.Highly recommended with children: the magic land is nearby.The only negative point: I found the beds very hard and not very comfortable. But there were lots of pillows and that made it more comfortable.I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. But I really feel sorry for the people who complain about the view at the wellness area. They must have an incredibly stiff neck so that they can only look extremely to the left instead of straight ahead or to the right. Turning the deck chair would also be an option. Apart from that, the cemetery is very well maintained and quiet, so there is no disruption to relaxation.

Unfortunately the reception was very unfriendly. My colleague and I were immediately told off that we should fill out the Meles certificate properly because no one could read this type of writing. When the invoice was drawn up, my name was spelled incorrectly twice, which led to even more displeasure with the lady at reception. There was no indication of where I could find my room. My colleague from the restaurant helped me here.The room was freshly furnished, but I had the impression that the carpet was still old. In any case, the room smelled of cold smoke, which is very unpleasant for me as a non-smoker. The terrace is directly adjacent to the parking lot.The Central Asian service staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful, the food was also very tasty and the price-performance ratio was quite reasonable.At breakfast we were again greeted in an unfriendly manner, and it gave the impression that the lady from the breakfast service was not in the mood.I can tolerate this for a business trip, but I wouldn't go on a wellness vacation in this house based on my service experience.

We were guests at the beautiful Hotel Hohenroth for a weekend with a family of 6 adults and 3 children!Very friendly staff, everything was clean, food was delicious, great spa area with swimming pool, sauna and roof terrace.We were very satisfied and can only recommend it!!

We had dinner at the restaurant a while ago. Food was good. I was overcharged for insert changes.But it was sorted out, the hotel management contacted me, apologized and so everything is ok.We're going there again

It was OK… the view from the room was of the parking lot and nothing more. In the room you could hear noises from the neighbors. Bathroom was desirable, could be more modern.The food still has room for improvement. We gave a large portion back because we didn't like it and it wasn't seasoned enough.The service staff was a bit forward.What bothered us was that we had to be in the restaurant at 7:30 p.m., which was stressfulIn the wellness area, the bathing water in the pool was cold. Pleasantly warm in the whirlpool. In addition, the saunas were switched off and the doors were open everywhere.

Good location with a view of the cemetery? Sauna with a panoramic view of the tombs?Wellness hotel that closes the area at 7 p.m. for a closed society?We received no accommodation and no refund on site.The drunk guests ran loudly out of the wellness area towards the parking lot until 4 a.m. It was great that the exit was opposite our room. Oh yes, the kitchen prepares breakfast loudly from 5:30, also with loud music. How can you relax here?! I expect a refund!

The hotel itself is great. A few rooms are a bit dated, but large for that. The location is very quiet, but also far away from everything. The food is OK, but the service there is not very customer-oriented. They are more likely to complete the tasks. You can only get something to drink in the hotel bar if you get someone from the restaurant downstairs or order there.Very nice wellness area with an outdoor terrace.

We are completely satisfied. It fully met our expectations. Nice room with great views. All clean. We booked half board. The breakfast was great, a great selection and enough of everything. Dinner one evening as a buffet and the other two evenings as a menu. A great selection and everything was very tasty. The service deserves special praise! Everyone was very nice and attentive. We'd love to come back.

Very quiet location, beautiful excursion destinations nearby. The train station or the 31 bus are not far either. About the hotel you can only recommend it, very nice staff, helpful and leaves nothing to be desired. The food can only be said to be really great, see the pictures.

Unfortunately, our expectations of a wellness hotel were not met.Panorama sauna (with a view of the cemetery 🙈) not in operation. Whirlpool without bubbles. Red (no, more like pink) bathrobe is outdated. I would throw it in the trash. Indoor pool too cold for my old bones. Zero feel-good factor.But, and that's why 3 stars, the food was good, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The spa treatments were good.Conclusion: You get more for the price elsewhere. Sorry......ADDENDUM to your answer:We visited the sauna area on Friday (long sauna night...) around 7 p.m., which was unfortunately quite crowded because it is open to everyone on Fridays. The panoramic sauna was out.The pool was 27°.Please take a look at the "red" bathrobes. They make you feel like you've cleared out the old clothes bin.....and the coffee machine, because the coffee was lukewarm.Criticism is not meant in a bad way and may help you. It's a shame you see them as an attack. Strange that there are only good and very good reviews on your homepage.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a long wellness weekend in June 2024. After some negative experiences in other wellness hotels, we were very happy that everything is as it should be here.Great service, very nice staff and most importantly: peace and quietOur room was the size of a suite and was very modern, especially the bathroom was wonderful. The balcony was ideal for my wife, who is a smoker.VERY CLEAR RECOMMENDATION.
