We felt very comfortable in Huis Marta. Even though it was our first time, when we entered the house we felt like we were coming home.Everything was there, from the toolbox to the baby monitor to the mobile grill.The house is beautifully decorated and spacious, the location is beautiful. Both upstairs and downstairs you can sit outside and enjoy the surroundings.This house is recommended to anyone who wants to spend their vacation in the Sauerland Diemelsee.

We spent very nice and relaxing days in Haus Marta. The location is quiet with a view of the lake and within walking distance to the next town. The house is perfect and furnished with a lot of love, we lacked absolutely nothing. The very good beds ensure a good night's sleep and a sauna is available if required. ***** plus, many thanks to the Kuhn family

The house is great. Has everything you could wish for. Only the knives would need to be replaced. They're no longer really sharp. Unfortunately the infrastructure is very poor. There were suddenly no signs on some hiking trails, so we had to go back the way we went. Restaurants...It's really bad, if you follow the signs and arrive at the restaurant, you'll get the information; "Closed" or only opens at "5:00 p.m.". Edeka 6 km away. It was ok. Unfortunately, they don't know how to properly stock shelves. Delivery service rolls: Great, everything went well and they were also really tasty. Supposedly it is supposed to be a dog-friendly facility. Well, then I would have expected at least a dog poop bag stand/dog poop waste bin. Unfortunately negative. Also at the lake there is only a container at the dog beach. Nothing else found. It's a shame actually...

A 5 star location with a direct view of Lake Diemelsee. Even on a hillside. You don't often find something like this. I treated myself to 14 days here and was not disappointed. The house is modern and stylishly furnished. The description on the homepage is realistic. Just arrive and feel good... Communication with the landlord was excellent. Even our dog was welcome. All in all, a relaxing holiday for me. I have summarized further details with photos and videos in a small travel report on my homepage.

A beautiful holiday home that we will visit for the second time this year. The Kuhn family is incredibly friendly and easy to reach, the contact is perfect. The location is ideal for hikes, the house is clean, modern and very cozy. We like to drive 2 hours overland to our destination. Clear recommendation! đș

We stayed at the Marta holiday home over New Year's Eve with a couple of friends and 2 dogs and were super happy!! The house is beautifully situated on a hillside and offers a nice view of the lake. When we arrived we found everything super clean and tidy, so we immediately felt at home and the holiday could begin from the very first moment. After great hikes in the area, we were able to use and enjoy the sauna extensively! And afterwards, on the sofa, the electric fireplace brought the last bit of cozinessđThe house is complete and well equipped (only a second drying cloth would have been nice, but we have already told the landlord that in a nice email and it is definitely done for the next guest). There was even a small basic supply of hiking material/maps. We were completely satisfied and can only warmly recommend it. We'll definitely be back!!

Everything is great, but unfortunately there is no bed linen, you have to bring it with you because the trunk is already full for 4 people and the dog, and we unfortunately have to buy 2 pieces of 180x200 chip bed sheets because we only use 90x200 at home. For the price you can make it available, we've never had anything like that before.

The two of us with our dog spent a wonderful and unique week in the Marta holiday home in October 2022. The holiday home is furnished with great attention to detail.From the very beginning there was always very warm contact with the Kuhn family.The location and amenities are PERFECT!!!Nothing was missing and we really enjoyed the beautiful time, the landscape and the special moments and after a long day with lots of impressions we felt like we were coming "home" to the Marta holiday home.We still think about this wonderful week very often and can really warmly recommend the Marta holiday home. We would love to come back!!!

Had very nice and uncomplicated email contact with the hosts. Holiday home very modern and clean. After being cold and raining, using the sauna was a great way to warm up. Had a nice view of Lake Diemelsee. We didn't miss anything. Maybe as a little mango for us, the open large windows would have been nice if, for example. like there would have been a pleated blind, you felt like you were being watched a little bit.

The Marta holiday home has a perfect overall concept that guarantees a relaxing holiday. It is equipped above average and the loving extras were very well received by us. The tasteful and coordinated interior design gives the house a particularly beautiful atmosphere. We enjoyed the vacation very much.Cleanliness, underfloor heating, electric fireplace, sauna, comfortable beds, window front with a view of Lake Diemelsee...just feel good.The contact with the hosts was very nice, uncomplicated and accommodating.We can definitely recommend FerienHaus Marta.
