Luckily we found you by chance.A beautiful hotel that is absolutely suitable for wheelchair users.Even in the bathroom everything was taken care of. A sink can easily be rolled underneath. There was a folding shower seat and grab bars in the bathroom.Everything was clean and equipped with solid wooden furniture. There was even a refrigerator and safe in the room.Strict attention was also paid to ensuring that the disabled parking space remained free for me.The lady at the reception and the service lady were very friendly. We were even shown the room in advance so we could see whether it was suitable for us and my specific needs.Yes, there it was. My husband and I are thrilled.All of this at a moderate price.We would love to come back here.

Hotel in a beautiful and quiet environment, surrounded by meadows and forest, near the castle and approx. 10 minutes by car from Františkovy Lázně.We spent a week here and loved it. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, possibility to order procedures directly on the spot and very kind and helpful staff. Absolute satisfaction.

Cozy and quiet hotel, but unfortunately with unusable wifi connection. The room is well equipped with a silent fridge and a comfortable bed. Be careful only in the 80x80 shower corner so that you don't drop the soap. :-)

Very nicely located hotel with a large garden, grill. The breakfast was very tasty, everything you need was there. The service was very attentive and super friendly. The wellness area is excellent. Everything super clean. Every wish is implemented immediately. We weren't here for the last time. Also great location for hiking or cycling tours.

Were there over a long weekend. Very nice hotel, good breakfast, pleasant wellness area with 3 saunas, small swimming pool and many different treatments. Very quiet, at the foot of the castle, suitable for beautiful hikes or bike rides. Delicious food in the restaurant opposite. To Franzensbad approx. 10km.
