We stayed at the hotel for four nights. It is a very nice hotel with a thermal bath and a view of the lake. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet and dinner were very good. Emphasis is placed on regional and seasonal products. Something for everyone. You can enjoy great drinks in the fireplace bar. All the employees were very nice and friendly. It was a very nice relaxing stay.

We had booked around my birthday without particularly pointing it out and were very attentively treated to champagne and candlelight. The food, the room, the service... everything was perfect. The cosmetics were excellent and the thermal baths left nothing to be desired. An all-round birthday feel-good package!

Went to the resort again for one night after a long time and unfortunately the price-performance ratio was no longer right. The rooms are ok, but not more than that. The location is great, the service people are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is more than mediocre, the selection is limited, no fresh juices, the coffee from the fully automatic machine is simply terrible. This would all be negligible if the whole thing wasn't so expensive. If you compare the quality of the facility and the food with resorts in Bavaria or Austria, for example, then the resort really doesn't do well with almost the same prices. Too bad.

Always worth an experience. But you should slowly be delivering great food in the bistro again.

I don't believe I've ever seen a spa like this. Sitting atop a thermal spring, they have heated indoor and outdoor pools that don't actually require heat.  …

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, which we booked including a visit to the thermal baths. As booked, our room had a partial sea view and was a normal size. The bathroom was very nicely designed and the beds were very comfortable and we could sleep well. Even with the window open it was quiet. You can walk very well on the banks of Lake Neuruppin and everything is very well maintained. In just a few minutes you can walk to the old town and eat in restaurants there too.The breakfast is extensive and very tasty. Only egg dishes are no longer freshly prepared, but are just laid out. The focus on regional food is positive. The buffet dinner is ok but not outstanding, as one might expect at over €40 per person. So after the first day we preferred to eat out.The biggest negative point is the main attraction - the thermal baths. Actually very nicely laid out, clean and in good condition. Because of the relatively cool water, you can't relax and you'll quickly be outside again. All four pools appear to be at the same temperature. One thermometer read 29°C, the others were out of order.

A wonderful hotel with a spacious spa area right on Lake Neuruppin. We have been there nine times and are always thrilled. Absolutely friendly employees. Here you can feel completely comfortable.
