As a family we had a beautiful, large room that was divided into different areas. Everything you need is there. In the house there is a small kitchen and a refrigerator with drinks and some other little things you need. The whole house and the rooms are furnished with so much love and attention to detail, there are lots of beautiful things to discover. Everything is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is super delicious and there is everything your heart desires. A total feel-good atmosphere. And "Marianne" is a kind-hearted person who makes you feel at home.Definitely we will come back. And thank you for the Tobinabur plants😊

We were guests in a beautiful holiday apartment for a week, the location is great, within about 40 minutes you can be in Salzburg, Chiemsee, Königsee and other places worth seeing. The bread roll service is great as is the friendly manner of Ms. Madsack. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much.

Hello, we were there for a short vacation in April. Mrs. A. Madsack, the owner, gave us a warm welcome and spoiled us for the four nights we spent there. The accommodation is sparkling clean, well equipped, has a rural atmosphere and the hostess is so friendly that we will definitely come back. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Marianne creates a feel-good atmosphere with her decoration and service. From the apartment you can reach both the supermarket and restaurants on foot. An absolute insider tip

If you need a break from hectic everyday life, this guesthouse is the right place for you. Inzell is very quiet at the beginning of May. There is a lot to discover in nature all around. The right place to recharge your batteries and for activities on foot, by bike, public transport or car. Conveniently located for trips to, for example, Königssee, Chiemsee or Salzburg. There are many hiking trails around Inzell... something for all fitness levels... We were personally greeted by Mrs. Madsack on the day of arrival and shown everything in the house. Ms. Madsack had lots of excursion tips for us and took a lot of time for them. Thank you! .....The furnishings are rustic with lots of beautiful decorative elements. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome as a guest. Everything is well maintained and very clean.....The breakfast was very tasty. Fresh rolls, a selection of cheese, sausage and jam, fresh yoghurt with fruit and cereals... and everything that goes with a cozy breakfast on holiday... so you can start the day well fortified.Our room had a balcony and was very spacious... almost like a small holiday apartment... There was even a kettle and cups in the room. In the house there is also a small kitchen and a refrigerator for guests. That's practical.We really liked it and will definitely come back 🤗

If there were 6 stars, we would have added another one!A super nice vacation!!!!!!From the first impression to the farewell, a very nice stay and above all a very familiar atmosphere!The landlady Marianne does everything with a lot of passion and that is reflected in everything. From the rooms, which are very comfortably furnished (typically Bavarian), to the breakfast (plenty and your wishes are catered for)Everything your heart desires. Extra sausages, such as a thinner blanket, taken care of straight away, great service. I think the location of the hotel is great, as it is outside the center and with a view of the mountains it is a great way to start the day! Everything can be reached on foot within a few minutes and for me as a jogger it was perfect because I could walk around the Falkenberg straight from the front door (distance 8.4km).Dear Marianne, all in all you are doing great and we are happy to have met you. It is a beautiful guesthouse, rustic and so lovingly designed, the breakfast is outstanding and lovingly and very generously prepared, we were able to spend an unforgettable and relaxing short vacation there for the second time. Pension, rooms, breakfast and the boss are 100% recommended. WiFi free; We'll definitely be back, the landscape is made for relaxation, lots of lakes, long hikes and with the Chiemgau card you can use a lot of things for free, swimming pool, buses, thermal baths and lifts, incredible price/performance ratio!!!!!!The Pension Marianne has a special charm, great mountains and lakesSimply great and pure relaxationThank you very much for the lovely days, dear Ms Madsack
