A simple but very welcoming hotel in Rheinsberg. The connection to ceramic art is particularly beautiful - anyone who appreciates the craft will enjoy staying here. Simple but great. I didn't miss anything.

We were very happy here. The room is small but enough. When I read the other reviews I am amazed. Of course everything is a little older. But which hotel changes furniture every few years and what would that mean for the room price? The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and extremely cheap. Drinks were also cheap. Everything was very pretty and lovingly decorated with our own ceramics. Gladly again!!! Great value for money.

Unfortunately very disappointed!First impression from the outside, broken window pane, cardboard behind it!Check-in wasn't until 3 p.m.! For this we were kicked out of the room at 10 a.m. on Sunday 😂 Breakfast was careless in a windowless canteen-like room. As of 9:30 a.m. the salads were empty and no refills were made.Beds were OK! Bathroom with defective ventilation. Air conditioning also broken. Top at 33 degreesIf the price was reasonable I wouldn't have written anything here... but 124 euros 👀Conclusion not here again!

Room, bathroom and breakfast are okay. What was annoying was that the room price shown on Google Maps and confirmed by phone was significantly more expensive after we arrived. In order to pay, the room price had to be laboriously adjusted using several employees on the computer. I definitely feel cheated. We won't be coming back here on our next motorcycle road trip.

Clear hotel with friendly service. Breakfast is fine and everyone should find something. Rooms are clean and tidy, but that doesn't detract from the 90s charm, the hard beds and the lack of soundproofing.

Basically I can recommend this hotel for a few nights. The standard itself is low, but the rooms, although spartan, are sufficiently and functionally furnished. Everything is clean and tidy, although in some places it is showing its age and has been affected by day-to-day operations. Ultimately, this is reflected in the price. The price-performance ratio is therefore good. Unfortunately, not everything works. Unfortunately the ventilation was broken. The hotel is conveniently located next to a few shops but is relatively quiet, although the walls are quite thin. The rooms are clean and the breakfast offering is okay for a fairly low price. So if you want to stay cheaply and don't have too high demands, you're in good hands here. Overall, this is worth a solid 3 stars.

The hotel deserves the attribute "very good". A very good price-performance ratio. Clean rooms. Excellent staff. And the ceramic exhibition and sale is also outstanding. The ceramics produced are integrated into the ambience.

A small hotel that fully met my requirements.The staff were all very friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast provided was completely sufficient.The attached ceramics factory outlet invites you to browse and participate; we were able to receive the cups we painted after just two days.I would be happy to come back here again and it will be a pleasure to recommend this house to others.

Hotel has nothing in common with the photos where it is advertised. When you arrived you didn't think it was a full hotel. The entrance was so inconspicuous that you assumed you were entering the ceramics workshop. Unfortunately, the reception made a very unkempt impression, which was also reflected in the dusty ceramic items. But the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the first day started with a no go, at 8:40 a.m. there was still 1 light roll in stock and there was no contact person anywhere. Luckily there was one next door Bakery where you could get your pancakes. From the second day onwards everything was great and the selection was plentiful and tasty. The hotel is right opposite a Norma discounter which has more of a motel feel. The rooms are clean, but the furnishings are very dated Come, correspond more to a youth hostel, and not as shown in the outdated pictures. Maybe the price ratio should be revised again.
