Greetings to the reception.Let people go to the toilet sometimes!!!! Hopefully the gentleman at reception won't be able to go to the toilet anywhere. 🤔🤔🤔

Well located, modern, bright and clean hotel, I can recommend it with a clear conscience. There are enough free parking spaces directly at the hotel. Special thanks to Ms. Röhl, who is always in a good mood, friendly and helpful.I would happily recommend the hotel to family, friends and acquaintances.

We only booked one night.We were there with our neighbors. They were lucky with the room, unfortunately we weren't. Otherwise it was good. The boss or the gentleman at the reception was friendly and responded to my criticism and made a note of it. Otherwise it was very goodCycling was very nice right along the RhineLocation great 👍🏼There was also an extra room/shelter there for the eBikesBreakfast was good 👍🏼

We had a nice room with a view of the Rhine. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious.The booking priorities for us are... fridge in the room, e-bike storage, parking space and breakfast, all of which we got at Villa Arte.Clear recommendation.

Directly on the Rhine. Ample free parking.We had a room with a view of the Rhine. Very modern, clean with quiet air conditioning.Great team of employees, always friendly, nice and helpful. Simply great. There is also a restaurant attached that has excellent cuisine.

Nice hotel. Parking space free of charge. Rooms with air conditioning and great views. Breakfast was good and plentiful, it was always refilled early. Half of the staff was super nice, the other half was completely out of place. We discussed the details with the manager of the house. Nevertheless, these employees drag down the overall rating enormously, which is a shame given the beautiful rooms. The rest of the team, some of whom are very nice, please forgive us for the poor rating. But the sometimes serious negligence, rudeness and disrespect towards the guests cannot and should not be ignored so easily, with all due respect for the strenuous job in service. ❤️

Good but disappointment afterwards....Good extensive breakfast that is replenished on time. Plenty of choice of sandwiches and toppings. Croissants were replenished less quickly, perhaps at a moment's notice.We've been here before and it's always been good,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we wanted to postpone our booking at this hotel by one day. We made a corresponding request via Booking. Not without first checking whether the hotel had appropriate availability. We made the request via booking, which was rejected immediately. I called the hotel and was told in an extremely rude manner that only Booking could do something in this case, since we had made the booking there.So I contacted Booking, who in turn spoke to the hotel. Result: only the hotel's reservations team can make a corresponding change. Booking informed the hotel in writing of our wish to rebook. After 3 days there was still no response from the hotel so booking informed us. I now have to bite the bullet and transfer €214 in cancellation fees to this company.Admittedly our mistake, but a little accommodation or at least an explanation of the situation from the hotel is not too much to ask!

Exceptionally nice service. Dinner and breakfast on the beautiful Rhine terrace were very tasty. From Linz you can get there in no time with the €1 ferry.

Lovingly managed 3-star hotel in a modern design!Stayed here as part of a motorcycle tour in May/2024.I had nothing to complain about here at all.The expectations based on the very good reviews were met or exceeded.The local staff seems polite and experienced.Parking spaces were free.The very good breakfast in the covered terrace area was a dream when the weather was nice and the view of the Rhine was beautiful.The modern rooms in the new building are very attractively designed. The windows can be fully opened for ventilation.In direct proximity to the Rhine ferry pier hotelRemagen/Linz - here you can change sides as a pedestrian for just €1 to explore the beautiful old town of Linz.Thank you for a smooth hotel stay!
