I absolutely don't understand some of the negative reviews. Of course it's not a state-of-the-art guesthouse, but for the price/performance ratio it's much more than you could ask for.Never before have such a smooth, uncomplicated booking been made.Very nice contact. I would highly recommend the guesthouse!

We had 4 really nice days. From the breakfast to the room and bathroom everything was good! And we will never forget the terrace with a fantastic view over Linz. And the very dear Ms. Speich is super nice and is always there for you if you have any questions. And it makes for a super delicious breakfast! We will definitely come back!

Unbeatable price (€42.00 per night including a solid breakfast) and a very friendly host are the only positive things about Pension Erna. The whole house is getting old, looks unkempt and is not particularly clean. Weeds are growing around the house. The railing of the much-vaunted balcony is rusty and weeds are growing in the joints. There is mold in the bathroom. There are three guest bedrooms and only one bathroom.

The boss had forgotten my booking. With the support of a long-term guest, she came after two hours and thus showed responsibility. The rest was fine. She then wanted “40 € instead of 43 €”. Her booking confirmation said €37. I gave it to her because I was very relieved not to have to look for a hotel at the top of Linz on my bike in the rain at 7 p.m. must. I probably wouldn't have gotten by with €100.

Thank you for the friendly accommodation!We were particularly impressed by the balcony with a view over the valley.The rooms were clean and charming, with good mattresses, washing facilities and television. Always my pleasure!

Very family guesthouse with a lovely landlady. The breakfast is very good and there are nice rooms with a large terrace and lots of flowers. Thank you for the lovely stay, we'd love to come back next time.

It's a shame that there is no 10 star rating, the woman is simply great...accommodation clean like in the pharmacy and food like in Burj al Arab 7 star hotel, always loved again and again, top 👍🏼🙏

We were very satisfied with Martina all around, she did everything to make us happy. Furthermore, the “Pension Erna” provided very well-kept accommodation. In addition, the view from the balcony into the valley can be described as fantastic!!!

In this house you will receive a very warm and familiar welcome. The room is nice, clean and the balcony is a dream, you could still enjoy the sun until late in the evening and the view is priceless. The bed was super comfortableand the breakfast was just fantastically delicious.Hospitality is lived here and I can only recommend this house.

We were looking for accommodation during the flood in 2021 and when it came out that we were there as volunteers, we were allowed to stay overnight for free. The breakfast was simply amazing! The rooms have a special charm. Parking is limited but not impossible. Our children were very excited about the cat. The view is priceless - really!Thank you again :)
