Beautifully furnished, family-run guesthouse. The rooms are small but make optimal use of space. The hosts are friendly and the rooms are clean.It has free parking spaces.Europa Park is only 10 minutes away on foot.

The guesthouse was clean and tidy.However, the room was very small for 3 people and unfortunately very warm due to the lack of air conditioning, as we only had a small window in the bedroom.The beds are very soft which means we are now struggling with back pain.The park day therefore had to suffer a little.Unfortunately, when booking directly at Pension Kuhn, only cash payment is possible. No bank transfer is accepted.However, you do not receive an invoice and when you ask you only receive a receipt, which is also not properly issued.Unfortunately, breakfast isn't served until 8 a.m., which is far too late for a park visitor if you want to go to the park at 8:15 a.m.The operator advertises its proximity to Europa Park, but unfortunately she knows nothing about the processes at the park, which is to the guest's disadvantage.The breakfast was small but sufficient.

The guesthouse is very clean, the hostess was very friendly and kept asking if we needed anything else. Great service!The location is a good 10 minutes to the main entrance of Europa Park, 15 minutes to the Rulantica water park and 15 minutes to the EP Hotels if you want to have a really nice meal.Price performance is right here. Stayed 4 nights and would love to come back.

We stayed here as a family for 3 nights. Great accommodation!!! I have never seen such clean rooms in many hotels! Everything is easily accessible on foot - parking space in front of the door and lovely hosts! I can only recommend!

The three of us stayed at Pension Kuhn for 2 days. Rooms were clean but I deducted points from the room for the shower. The bathroom and toilet were clean, but the shower was too narrow and small so that people with a bit more fat on their hips didn't have room or couldn't even get into the shower. The breakfast was good, but unfortunately no variety, there was the same thing for two days and the fruit was from the day before. And another point deduction: there was no personal reception upon arrival, which we found very impersonal. Overall it is a very clean guesthouse and we can recommend it to others.

Have now stayed here three times for one night each, have always been very satisfied and will stay here again on our future visits to Europa-Park. You can walk to the park, clean rooms, nice owners and good, lovingly prepared breakfast:)

Very clean and quiet accommodation, we booked on Friday evening and received a booking confirmation fairly quickly. Garden also very well maintained. Check-in was quick and easy and breakfast was also very good and completely sufficient. There was even fresh fruit. It's only about a 10-minute walk to Europa Park. Good value for money. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Booked a stay for 2 nights spontaneously.Booking was made by telephone and was very nice and friendly, so that all that was needed was an email confirmation.The family is really very friendly and the facilities are completely sufficient.Price/performance ratio is top.Everything went without any problems.The next visit is already being planned.

No one responds to messages. I arrived with my daughter at 6 p.m. as planned but no one was there. We stayed in the cold for a good half hour. In the end I took a room elsewhere and still no response to my message. What a disaster for accommodation professionals!There's no point in responding now, and what's more, you're lying. We had to respond yesterday when we stood in the cold ringing for 1 hour. you don't even read your messages on booking. I'm sorry but when you have an establishment that welcomes people you have to at least be professional and be present on the premises. Especially since I warned you that I would be there with my child at 6 p.m. imagine people arriving and having no battery left on their phone to call you or no unit? When you know that customers are arriving you must be on site at the times when customers arrive, it seems logical to me. I paid for the room, I didn't ask you to put me up for free. So as a professional you are supposed to be present on site when you know that you are going to receive clients. When I have a reservation in my restaurant I welcome the customers who have reserved. I don't wait for them to call me to come to my restaurant. You can give all the arguments you want but you are wrong. knowing that afterwards I had to pay elsewhere for a room at €180 per night and that after being well settled, 1 hour later, I received a call from the Kuhn pension and the lady told me it's not her problem that I I paid for a room elsewhere. Of course if it's your problem because it's your fault and you have a duty to care about your customers. Your house was empty and no one to welcome us. In addition, when you are professional you assume your responsibilities at a minimum. You preferred to keep my money and take the risk of losing customers and having a bad review. All this to keep 130€, you have no sense of business. When we take on the responsibility of having a job welcoming people into an establishment, we must be present, attentive, available, smiling and welcoming. These are things you don't have. Do some training in the hotel industry and you will see that you are far from the mark!! I'd rather lose money but gain customers. This is not your case! Not everyone can do this job!!!

My son and I enjoyed our 3-night stay there.When you arrive, all you have to do is press the check-in bell and in 5 minutes max the manager will come and welcome you for the formalities which last 5 minutes.The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfasts are very good.You have a set of keys (1 room + 1 villa) which allows you to leave and return as you wish.Very well located, it is 900m from the entrance to the Europa-Park and 900m from Rulentica.4 stars for the rooms because I usually sleep easily in hotels and here the bed was much too soft, therefore not very comfortable and the room narrow. The photos on the site give the impression of rooms being larger than they actually are.I'll let you make your own opinion.

We stayed in the guesthouse for 3 nights to visit Rulantica and Europa Park. Nice, clean and well-kept rooms, where only a little storage space/cupboard is missing. Rich breakfast and friendly staff. The park was easy to reach in 10 minutes on foot. We'd love to come back.

Extremely clean rooms, great breakfast buffet (also for vegans if booked in advance). Late arrival was very uncomplicated! Free parking space in front of the door.Went for 3 nights to visit Europa Park. This can be easily reached on foot. There is also a parking voucher for Europa Park!
