Very well located and a short distance from Europa Park, shopping possible nearby. Very nice apartment, very well maintained and clean. Nice landlord and absolutely recommended. Were there from Wednesday to Sunday (today) and everything was perfect. We'd love to come back.

Very nice 6 bed room, clean and not worn out. When we arrived we were asked to be quiet after 10 p.m., but that wasn't an issue after a whole day in Europa Park since we were exhausted anyway. Good service with parking tickets for the park, discounted vouchers for breakfasts in the park and a guest card so that we were also sure to get an entry ticket for the park. Gladly again!

We had the Quartet basement apartment - it was enough for a short vacation. The 2 toilets and 2 showers were great, and what was also positive was that there was already baking paper in the oven and there was at least 1 tab for the dishwasher (as with other apartments we have already visited, the number of days would be times tabs). Unfortunately there was no wooden spoon and the only cutting board should no longer be used for hygiene reasons. You had to clean the dishes yourself - but this is not checked because we had to clean EVERYTHING ourselves before use. Also the coffee machine (we didn't make coffee, just tea, but we still had to clean it.There was a minibar - prices were a bit excessive considering that everything was bought at Lidl, but everyone is free to consume something.The beds were quite ok except for this mattress protector that crackles when you lie down in it - you can imagine we're sweating with 4 people in the room. We stated the age of the children when booking and were surprised that we got a bunk bed, which is certainly intended for smaller children...It was very important to the landlord that the extractor hood should run constantly - when cooking - because of the smells. The door to the bathroom next to the bedroom also had to remain open at all times - because of the mold.Upon closer inspection, we discovered that the hotel would have cost the same at the entrance for the same amount of time, even with breakfast included. The price for a basement room is a bit high in comparison.It also didn't matter that we had to leave a day earlier due to a sick child - no accommodation on the price or anything like that. We would have been outside before 10 a.m.Conclusion - basically ok but there is a better and cheaper way

The cleanliness was good! The location is also very good! But the host was very anxious, he repeated himself several times because of the delivery time of 10:00 a.m.! He said to himself several times what we had to leave at 10 a.m.! That wasn't nice for us at all! And other pensions or hotels are not like that! Never stay here again! In addition, children are not welcome! Children shouldn't say things like that! Very bad!

Was with son. The “basement rooms” are noisy. But generous for two. Minibar with good prices. Service very good. On hot days the route to Rulantica and Europapark is a bit difficult, but the bus runs.

We couldn't have had any better accommodation.Very nice, courteous landlord, beautifully furnished room with bathroom, kitchen and minibar!Everything went smoothly.The house is in a quiet environment and everything is within walking distance!Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such a lovely stay!
