Called and asked if a room was available. They said they couldn't check at the moment, the system wasn't working, and they should call again in the afternoon. In the afternoon and the following days no one reached us. Sent an email but never received a reply.Apparently they don't need guests.

Very rude hosts, the accommodation we were supposed to move into was in a disastrous hygienic condition. The refrigerator, sink, bathroom and the entire apartment had not been cleaned, which meant that the remains of the guests who had previously stayed there could be found. When we kindly pointed this out to the host, he simply said that everything had been cleaned and was tidy, but that he would come and take a look at it straight away. After we showed him the defects, we were kicked out of the accommodation and expelled from the property. So after about 30 minutes we were left with 7 people (including children) without accommodation for the night. When we were looking for new accommodation, other hosts told us that they were already familiar with something like this and that it happens often in the inn.Fortunately, another guesthouse was able to accommodate us, so we could start our vacation in clean and well-maintained accommodation.

Stay in an apartment for 4 people.Apparently clean and properly equipped. Very well located in relation to the various parks and numerous shops nearby.Negative points: paid parking.Double bed in the living room.Bed too small for people over 1m80.Very tight time slot to access the apartment.

Great welcome by a very understanding manager. Rooms were clean and spacious. There is a 2-burner stove, as well as a coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator with freezer. Edeka and Lidl are just around the corner. 15 minutes walk to the entrance. You can leave the park via Spain, then you will be back in 5 minutes. With your residence permit you can also use the parking lot once for free. Upon arrival, the manager gives a clear explanation of how Europapark works.

An indictment. Unfriendly landlords and a condition of the “apartment/accommodation” that is unacceptable. No consideration will be given to families with small children. If necessary, they can simply be thrown out onto the street.

Cleanliness is probably a foreign word in this accommodation. Unfortunately, the good location and the name, based on the Bell Rock lighthouse, are deceptive. Unfriendly landlord who thinks more of himself than a Vorwerk representative. Hair on the toilet and dirty sinks add insult to injury. The coffee machine had probably never been cleaned and there was a lot of dirt from the previous tenant or previous tenant. Absolutely miserable and definitely ruined our evening and night. We didn't stay there again because the landlord expelled us from the property after reporting a defect and treated us very rudely.Criticism resistant...People who pay after the fact will not be refunded, “Then you’re out of luck.”Nice sentence at the end from the landlord: "You won't find better accommodation here."Of course it's absolute nonsense. But everyone who has ever been to Rust should know this.So far, outside of this miserable experience, I've only had good experiences here.
