The only advantage of the Pension am Park is its proximity to Europa Park. Unfortunately, the positive aspects ended there. Our room was tiny, barely bigger than the bed itself, and had no space for luggage other than two bedside tables and a small chest of drawers - we barely knew where to put our suitcases. In addition, the room was not clean, which made the stay very unpleasant.The breakfast buffet also left a lot to be desired. There was a very limited choice and unfortunately both the plates and glasses were dirty. Another negative point was the extremely noisy sound of the building. We had a room right by the stairs, so we heard every step and movement of guests walking past.To make matters worse, on the day we stayed, the street outside was opened up at 7am, causing the whole room to vibrate - definitely not a relaxing start to the day. All in all, our stay here was unfortunately disappointing.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. Very expensive for a guesthouse, you pay for the proximity to Europa Park and you still can't expect too much from the rooms but have to make compromises. Everything kept very simple. Unfortunately it wasn't clean either, in the bathroom we had hair from previous guests, on the wall above the toilet, on the floor in the shower area, on the towels... An absolute no go for me.

Upgraded to an amazing aquarium room, which we're very very thankful for, seeing the fish swim under the window in our room was fantastic, only one small improvement to suggest, more storage than one small wardrobe would be great, a couple of drawers for t shirts would have helped. Other than that, the staff were great, helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic for Europa park, 1 minute from the main entrance on foot.

The Bad & the Breakfast: cold. A starter rather than a breakfast. Just cross the street and you are in Europa Park. So...let's forget The Bad things and hop on a riiide.

DANGER!!!I've never had a room like this before. The bed with stains, pubic hair, head hair, tooth nail on the floor.Really just DISGUSTING. We went straight to another hotel. Suggested solutions were not addressed.Unfortunately we didn't get a cent of our money back!Unfortunately you cannot insert videos here. So I'm adding a few screenshots from the videos.

Breakfast was sad. By 8.30 half is already gone and hardly anything is refilled. If you ask for something, it is supposedly finished or not deliveredWe were here 4 nights and room service only came once to empty trash cans and change towels

Good guesthouse - with drawbacks.The single room I was in was clean. However, the furnishings are quite old-fashioned and the bathroom is a disaster. Very small (you bump into the sink when you sit on the toilet) and the ventilation is poor.Price-performance ratio is also bad, there are better alternatives for the same price or for a cheaper price.The absolute plus points are of course the location, which is unbeatable, and the very friendly staff.Breakfast was OK.

Top hotel! Clean, new, modern with a good breakfast and delicious coffee (a-la Continental) and nice staff. The Europa Park is across the street, but the room was absolutely quiet! We are very satisfied and can recommend it to others! Thanks and see you next time! F. Radalov

We got an aquarium villa as an upgrade, the kids loved it and so did we. Everything was very clean and very, very nicely decorated. The breakfast was also very tasty. The staff very nice. We would be happy to come back and recommend it to others. Keep it up👍

Just opposite the park, the closest hotel to the park! The facilities are new and very clean! The sheets and quilt were too white. I had a white T-shirt on the bed, but I didn't realize it was forgotten there. It's a pity. The breakfast was also great and rich.
