Very nice monastery style hotel. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor and our room was very spacious and clean. Amenities sufficient, couch, 2 armchairs, double bed and 2 children's beds in bunk bed style, minibar, television, Bluetooth-enabled box. Bathroom with bathtub (entry very high).Staff at both reception and breakfast restaurant were friendly and nice. Selection of breakfast buffet sufficient. Alternatives are also possible in the event of intolerances. We'll be back.

The hotel is very well decorated and is connected to two other hotels which gives it a large surface area.Very clean, it has a luxurious atmosphere.Parking is free for guests. The staff speaks several languages including French.Small downside regarding catering during busy periods, reservation is obligatory. The room is large and well soundproofed. The cosmetic products made available are of good quality. The room is clean, but some small details remain imperfect, such as splashes on the mirrors and on the taps. The welcome gift is a little light (a bottle of water) it could have been accompanied by a basket of fruit or chocolates, as is customary for this range of hotels. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel.

Stay from 10/14/24 to 10/17/24 in this “thematic room with balcony” hotelThe hotel is very beautiful, at the reception, we had a warm welcome upon our arrival with free “late” entries to enjoy a moment of the park before it closed. The room was well maintained. Good mattresses, we slept well there, the room was equipped with a coffee machine with capsules and a fridge with drinks inside. The refueling was done every day. In terms of sound insulation, we only heard some noise the first evening (there was a session in the room in the evening) otherwise at the top.The buffet breakfasts in the morning, just great. Great choices, for all tastes (sweet + salty). The placement staff, on the first morning, were quite cold. The other mornings we had smiles.Apart from this small detail, our stay was enjoyed.

Another fantastic hotel from the Mack family. I am fascinated by the attention to detail every time I visit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice and the bed was also very comfortable. In this room, the shower and toilet are separate and the toilet also offers enough space. The vanity is behind a small wall.Another highlight here is the bunk bed for the kids, which is hidden behind cupboard doors. The breakfast buffet is particularly great in this house. My highlight here was the station where you could have omelets freshly prepared.

Already in May 2024 we had the problem that BLACK MOLD (is EXTREMELY HARMFUL even for people WITHOUT previous illnesses!) had spread in our room. The receptionist at the time didn't hesitate and promptly gave us another room in the Santa Isabell and that was it fixed this problem for now. When we received the text message on Tuesday (September 24th, 2024 at 2:14 p.m.) that our room (which we chose when booking early because of the quiet location in our favorite hotel) was ready, we were happy and quickly unpacked our suitcases, showered and We had to move because the Tyrolean wild water ride had taken a toll on us.When I entered the room, my husband (he has COPD and allergic asthma) immediately noticed that his voice was thick and his throat was scratchy. Since he can see almost NOTHING without his glasses, he went to take a shower and he became more and more uncomfortable. After drying off and then wearing glasses again, we saw the problem.Again, multiple affected areas with black mold. You don't want to see pictures of the dimensions...So we complained to the reception and we were promised that they would take care of it and find a solution. The mold itself is known and a company has already been hired to eliminate the problem in November (crazy thing!!)We went to the Pakr and when we came back later we were offered to spend the first night in the royal suite of the El Andaluz, we just had to sleep there and tomorrow we would get a new room, we still had to clarify where.Since we were dead tired and exhausted, we accepted the offer and moved for the night. My husband hardly got any sleep there (we are happy to send the sleep recordings from his Smartwacth upon request (2 hours 50 minutes: from 4:47 a.m. to 7:59 a.m.) because of the noise from the lobby it was almost impossible to sleep. We also told the lady at the reception on September 25th, 24, where we had breakfast in the Santa Isabell (our favorite hotel because it was small, quiet, dignified), and she apologized and told us that we could move into a standard room in the El Andaluz (showed us the location on the plan (we agreed) and she paid us the difference of €100 in cash and assured us:We get a fridge, two bathrobes and the option to have breakfast at Santa Isabell, since we would be there officially. She would arrange and deposit everything. However, it would take some time until the room was ready as it was still THOROUGHLY checked and cleaned. We should just leave our bags/suitcases packed at 5409 in Santa Isabell and they would take care of it.At around 11:09 a.m. (WOW!!!) the text came that we could move into our new room. So we left Europa Park (we actually wanted to go to Rulantica that day (we swapped the tickets for Thursday), were greeted at the reception by Mr. Treuner and asked whether we had a good journey (???? we were 3 minutes away . walked from Isabell to Andaluz, were a bit irritated by the question, got the room cards and) went into the room and unpacked the bags. We discovered that one of the sun blinds was broken. We then complained about this when we went out to the park and wanted to FINALLY have a vacation, fun, distraction, everything that the advertising "DREAMY STAY IN A 4 STAR SUPERIOR HOTEL" and the "EXPERIENCE TIME TOGETHER" advertise. So much for the theory! At 1:49 p.m. the receptionist called me on my cell phone and said that the technicians couldn't repair the blind and that an out-of-town company would fix it in November. We said, OK, and received two vouchers for a drink at the bar in our room. Now the vacation should FINALLY begin (for which we paid almost €1000. When we walked barefoot in the room after the park, black socks then turned into "white hodgepodge" socks, there was hair, dust, crumbs, simply EVERYTHING that an (announced SPECIAL cleaning and CHECK would not have been possible

That's just great. 1A hotelRooms, staff and hospitality are incredibly top rated. And the well-being of the guest is top priority. We had a lovely stay and felt well accommodated. As a Europapark guest, for me it is the most beautiful and quietest hotel. Breakfast with monastery chants, eating the freshly prepared omelette with the themed look of a pharmacy is gigantic.Decorated in church style and a small chapel in the arrival area is cool to visit. We are thrilled.Amen.We'd love to come back.
