A friendly suggestion for the lady who runs the hotel is to change careers: a similar profession requires above all courtesy and respect for the customer, which is what the lady in question did in the unfortunate circumstance that the shower drain in our room was blocked. didn't show at all, certainly not caused by our two-day rain showers, but already broken, as we discovered when we arrived.The unpleasantness lies not so much in the episode itself, which can happen in a hotel (where the drains should definitely be cleaned regularly), but in the deplorable behavior of the lady who even hypothesized and believed that we had it the shower clogged and even went so far as to complain about the damage.Unfortunately, all this suggests a prejudiced attitude towards Italians, which is confirmed by the special sign “in Italian” in the breakfast room, warning them not to take food with them. In this regard, it should have been made clear that they are usually the ones who do this in our hotels.Aware that it is not right to be influenced by generalizations, we have no doubt that there are many other hotel structures in Germany with more correct and professional management.There was nothing to complain about about the very friendly staff in the dining room.Busso familyA suggestion is made to the sign that the hotel is the source of the work: a profession similar to Richie innanzitutto cortesia e rispetto per il cliente che la sig.ra in questione not ha mostrato affatto nella incresciosa circostanza di occlusione dello scarico della doccia nella nostra camera , not certo causato dalle nostre docce di due giorni ma già in difetto come da noi riscontrato al nostro arrivo.La sgradevolezza non sta tanto nell'episodio in se che può capitare in una struttura alberghiera (che dovrebbe comunque periodicamente pulire gli scarichi) ma nel deprecabile comportamento della signora che è arriveta a ipotizzare e a credere che fossimo stati noi ad intasare la arrivando perfino a lament from Danno.This induces purtroppo a pensare ad atteggiamento pregiudizievole nei confronti degli Italiani confermato dall'apposito cartello “scritto in Italian” nella sala della colazione che intimate di non prendere cibo da portare fuori. Clean, tidy, down to earth, good food and good service

Great food, good service and beautiful rooms. Just great.

We were traveling through Provence and had an overnight stay at the Hotel Schiebel. It is a very nice family-run hotel. We were treated to a typical local specialty, Schäufele. The food was very tasty and the service was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and everything you need is there.
