Oh well. Quite nice, but not properly thought out and sometimes simply poorly implemented. E.g. Public road connecting to the activities. And all without a separate footpath! Nobody in Germany sticks to the traffic-calmed zone.

Living room with overly large furniture made it uncomfortable. Kitchen outdated, no place to store groceries...

Unfortunately, the water in the swimming pool is extremely cold. Very unpleasant and not healthy. Can't recommend. It's a shame, it was better. The light sometimes didn't work in the slide, very dangerous.

A great holiday park for families with children with a fun pool and bowling alley. Good dining room with souvenir shop. From here there is a great view of the Brocken. Not far to the next hiking route, to the city center or to the next spot. Only some rooms have no air conditioning or ventilation in winter, which is unusual for several bedrooms today :(

We recently spent a few days at the Haseröder holiday park. The holiday home itself was attractively designed. Unfortunately, the house was unheated before we arrived, despite the outside temperature being 10°C. The kitchen is somewhat minimalistic. There is neither an oven nor enough storage space for food, which made cooking and organizing a bit difficult. The living room area is quite spartan: there was only a small sofa bed with two seats and two hard chairs with leather upholstery. Since the house offers a total of eight beds, we would have liked more seating options - unfortunately there were only four seats available in the living room and at least six chairs at the table.Overall a nice stay, the location is ideal for excursions. The indoor playground didn't quite match the photos on the homepage, but it was more than enough for our children. However, the swimming pool was a bit too cold for us. The staff were consistently friendly and helpfulBut a little more comfort in the living area and a better equipped kitchen would be desirable!

The facility is actually quite nicely done and maintained. However, some of the houses are a bit cramped. There is hardly any privacy, especially outside. The furnishings and furnishings of the houses and the central building are easily a decade past their best and urgently need an update. WiFi can only be used sporadically and comfortable seating is in short supply. The location on the outskirts of Wernigerode with many opportunities for leisure activities is good. Also a bit too expensive for the performance.

A nice holiday with small drawbacks. We like to sleep dark, so the events were too thin and bright for us.It was nice that there was a dishwasher in the apartment, but we felt like we had to turn it on twice a day because there was only 4 cutlery. The rooms were nice and big. However, in a family hotel I would perhaps like to have 1-2 games in the living room.My boys were looking forward to the swimming pool, but I have to say that it would definitely be nicer to reconsider the water temperature. Just too cold for us.We always found a parking space in front of the door.Food in the restaurant downstairs was very tasty and cost-effective.

We were there with 2 families (3 children in total) and the grandparents. We had a holiday home and the grandparents had an apartment. Despite the explicit desire to have the accommodations close to each other (if you book 10 months in advance), they were 500 meters away. The holiday park is divided into 2 areas. The area we were in was just down the street.Unfortunately, the design and offering feels like it's from the 80s. Our couch was completely worn out. Although everything was very clean upon arrival, I would have expected more for the price in terms of the holiday park's facilities, the furnishings of the houses and the breakfast. The swimming pool was really cool though.

Everything was very dirty and full of dust.Breakfast was quite ok but the dinner was catastrophically disgusting. There is no way it will ever be handicapped accessible again.
