I was there today with my two children (11 & 8)... with the overpriced restaurant price included (2 portions of fries) I paid about €51.. I'll never visit this pool again. I'd rather go somewhere else to swim and eat for half the price... Unfortunately I can't write anything about the hotel because we've never been there.

I haven't gone to the thermal baths for years because it's too cold for me. I also tried the sauna, it was okay, but I wouldn't come again. The saunas and infusions were good, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right for me. There are cheaper pools in the area with a nicer atmosphere, drinking water fountains, more relaxation rooms and saunas and someone sometimes takes care of when the loungers are occupied.I also find it incomprehensible that the responsibility for the exorbitant prices for food is simply passed on to the catering company. Your business partner is damaging the reputation of your spa because people have obviously been complaining about it for years. Well, now is the time to reflect on the fact that forwarding the complaints is probably of no use and it is your responsibility to seek lower prices yourself or, if in doubt, to change the provider. Everything else seems like you don't care about the feedback from your paying customers (or then lost customers).

Very nice overall. Many different pools, all very warm. The outside one is awesome.Even a steam/sauna type part inside the pool section. For people with kids beware though that this is not primarily an adventure pool. Yes there are some slides, but less so than elsewhere.I found the restaurant excessively expensive ... though you don't need to use it of course. There payment system for the pool is very good and fair: You pay in the end for how much you used. There are several tranches long (day ticket) and short (1.5 h).Parking is big and easy and free.

Spend the night in the parking lot with the camper (thank you very much that this is possible) and go to the thermal baths first thing in the morning. You could start the day worse.

It could be a nice thermal bath if the layout were different. The thermal spa is advertised, among other things, as having a family-friendly or family area.It is unfortunate that EVERY visitor has to go through this supposed "family area" to get to the other areas and pools. In the end, as a family you never have a “protected” area.We also had to listen to a story from a lifeguard or something similar about breastfeeding a baby and a man/visitor who felt satisfied at the sight of a mother breastfeeding. How disgusting is that? It sounded like it was the mother's fault for doing nothing other than feeding her child, which, and I would like to emphasize this, "is the most natural thing in the world"! I was also asked by the lifeguard to cover myself up while breastfeeding. I didn't expose myself completely, nor did I let my chest hang out obviously. Any decent person just doesn't look closely, but to us it just gave the impression that you were doing something bad by breastfeeding your child and other disgusting people/men were no problem instead??Questionable behavior from our point of view. Should be revised. This was definitely the only visit for us.

The bathroom is ok, looks a bit boring, there are nicer bathrooms in the nearby area.We were quite surprised at how little there was going on.But when we saw the prices in the bistro we were convinced that we wouldn't come here anymore. For two, a currywurst, a salad and a drink cost just under 70 euros.Even if the bistro is not part of the bathroom, the bathroom as a whole is evaluated together.Sorry, but such prices given the quality and self-service are quite cheeky. Fries ok, currywurst was probably in the drip pan for 2 hours.
