The rooms correspond to the category. The beds deserve 5*, the bathroom deserves 3* due to its age and color. Everything very clean. A warm and helpful welcome! The breakfast has the bare essentials and is very fine and loving. An ideal place to come back. You can drive up to unload your luggage, and you can park cheaply in the town hall garage around the corner.

I stayed with my son on our "father-son graduation bike tour" from July 23rd to 24th, 2024 at the Hotel Am Posthof in Nienburg. Of all the hotels we stayed in along the entire route, the Posthof was unique and the best - from the super friendly telephone contact, the reception with cold mineral water in front of the hotel, to the beautifully furnished and super clean rooms, that's real brilliant and unique breakfast, the very personal atmosphere in the hotel and especially in the cafe - and the warm, personal and courteous contact with the owners. You feel really welcome here, you are really a personal guest and not just a booking number! I also travel a lot to hotels for work, but you only experience such a warm and personal atmosphere very, very rarely. Thank you very much for the wonderful time!!! :-)

We stopped here on our bike tour and can only recommend the accommodation. We were able to park the bikes safely in the backyard,The room was sufficient, very clean and had everything you need for a nice stay. The location of the hotel is also quite practical, as you can reach the city center in just a few minutes on foot. The two operators of the hotel are my highlight of the stay - simply very personable, friendly and happy to have a nice conversation. =)The breakfast was more than varied and sufficient. Everyone will definitely find something there. There is also its own café with homemade cakes - unfortunately the café was closed during our stay, so we couldn't try the cake. But it certainly looked delicious.Thank you again for the lovely stay.

The hotel breathes some 70ies chic. The breakfast is exceptional and the two guys managing the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in the old part of town close to the church and in walking distance from the nice Hasbergsche Hof restaurant on the river Weser.
