Run by dear Heike. We were there as a wedding party. And we received a great welcome. Breakfast was included and is highly recommended. We felt in good hands.

Our first stay was fine, even if we felt like we were being a nuisance at times. The second time was a blast: we arrived on the island, wanted to check in and were told the room wouldn't be available until the next day!! Despite correct booking! Was shrugged off. Absolutely crazy! Luckily there was still something free in another slightly more expensive hotel otherwise we would have had a real problem as we couldn't just go back to the mainland that day. The lady from the Seemannstreu wasn't interested at all, didn't apologize or help find other accommodation. Just terrible, never again!!!

It was great, the room was well furnished, there were sinks everywhere, very good room service, the breakfast was so delicious, everyone was nice... I would love to come back!

We ate fries, schnitzel and cheeseburgers in the bistro. It was great 👍🫶🏼 There's still something for the money. We'd love to come back.

We were there to eat.It was very tasty, the portions were really big and really cheap by Juister standards. Would love to come back. The hostess was also really nice :)A small suggestion for improvement would perhaps be a box with music in the dining room. It was a bit quiet there.

I stayed at Haus Seemannstreu twice during my stay on the island. The portions are very large, the food is delicious and the prices are very fair.

We were in the "restaurant". The food was very tasty and the service was Nordic and warmly friendly. No shish but good food from a truly remarkable kitchen.The pricing stands out positively from the other restaurants on the island.We'd love to come back.

Finally back on Juist - finally back in Seemannstreu! Very friendly welcome, wonderful breakfast. This time we were in room 3 with our own large bedroom and comfortable high beds. A small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and 2 hotplates as well as a table with 2 chairs and a sofa made us independent. The shower room is spacious. The small snack bar Störtebeker Stuv serves homemade pasta in various variations.

The rooms need to be renovated. Otherwise the price-performance offer is right. Great location centrally in town. Good service, nice staff.

We only rate the bistro. Quality food / drinks / price 👍. Unfortunately, service is really subpar. Either I can accommodate that many guests or I can't, or I say in advance that the waiting time until the order can be placed can take a long time. In our case, ordering after 45 minutes and eating after about 90 minutes... Sorry, it's a nice shop... but such an absolute no go. A reasonable apology would also have been appropriate 🙁.

We felt very comfortable in the house! The breakfast is extensive and delicious! The whole crew is very accommodating! The location was TOP for us (we came with a Chihuahua and the lawn is right across the street 😉) The room was clean and nothing was missing... We definitely recommend it

We had dinner in the restaurant.The fries are homemade and not frozen goods - they were the tastiest fries we ate in a week's stay in Juist. My daughter ordered noodles, which were homemade according to the original Juister recipe - they were also the tastiest we were able to eat on the island. My little daughter literally devoured the sausage, and she is very picky about her sausage 😂 We also really liked the fish, except for the salad dressing, which was a bit too sour for us - but everyone likes that differently. We actually wanted to go to the Italian restaurant next door, but since there wasn't a table available for 4 people and our older daughter was already starving, we spontaneously went to Seemannsgarn and I have to say we didn't regret it, on the contrary, we were thrilled... Price performance top!

A very nice, maritime-style accommodation with very nice and courteous staff. The rooms are very clean, the comfortable beds are high so that seniors have no problems getting up. The breakfast is very good and freshly prepared as a buffet with great attention to detail. The bistro in the house is highly recommended, there you will not only find inexpensive and rich food, but also, in my opinion, not only the best currywurst on Juist, but also the best homemade, delicious fries!!! All the other dishes are also very good and really a treat for the palate!!! Not to forget the bike rental, where as a guest you also get a good discount and can then explore the island with very stylish and modern bikes. And no matter which of the points I have mentioned, one thing must be emphasized again - all services and prices at fair and favorable conditions, here hospitality counts above all!!!!! If you could give six stars I would, we would love to come back and let ourselves be pampered like a charm :-) Location in town also grade 1 because it is centrally located but quiet....
