If I had known beforehand, I wouldn't have taken the room for free!In principle this hotel would be acceptable.Location OK.Place OK.But...Dirty, dirty, dirty…The kitchen equipment is very old.The bathroom was/is extremely bad!Mold in the shower, so we didn't dare go in.Mold on the window.Definitely NOT cleaned before we took over the room!Dirt still on the shower wall etc.The toilet lid was so old and yellowed that it probably wouldn't be possible to clean it anyway.In general, all rooms were not cleaned or were cleaned very poorly.

One of the worst accommodations I have booked for assembly. Rooms not really clean, walls very noisy, beds very uncomfortable and the service was a disaster. When you call, no one answers and no one responds to an email.

My company booked me an apartment there because I wanted an apartment with a kitchen.The kitchen itself was ok, but the equipment was scarce and not particularly clean. I took the photos after my arrival and was quite disappointed with the “selection” and the cleanliness.The bathroom was ok, but not particularly well renovated.The beds were a disaster and squeaked with every movement.But one of the worst things was actually the tram, which made an incredible noise.

If someone just wants to sleep, you can do it by force. I absolutely do not recommend it. What is different in the photos is different in reality. Avoid it.

Changing the method of check-in at the hotel is mandatory! . After paying for the reservation, we receive the reservation number and pin. The check-in machine accepts the received code and issues a card for one apartment only. When paying for five apartments, a big problem begins. The machine issues cards only for the first apartment. The rest of the apartment numbers are not visible in the device replacing the reception desk. Then there is no information about the hotline inside the facility. You need to look for reservation emails. After 10 p.m., the staff answered the call after the eleventh connection attempt. Then we managed to explain the problem and receive the rest of the codes to the remaining apartments over the phone. There were a few errors when entering data on the screen because the service person generated orders for the check-in machine on an ongoing basis, so the problem is a common occurrence.Moreover, the apartment is comfortable and spacious with a kitchenette. Day and night external blinds provide solid isolation from the view outside the window. The radiators are very hot. The bed is comfortable and the bedding is clean. There is WiFi with a strong signal.There is a supermarket 800 meters away. 100 meters gas station. It is a quiet area.

0 Accessibility in an emergency and fault-prone electronic doors:I would only recommend this accommodation to those who like the thrill of suddenly not being able to get to their things and can handle the frustration of ringing the operator's doorbell all the time only to be unable to reach anyone.The operators can't do anything for other guests, but it should be said that it can be quite loud there at times. We were left without an overnight stay, arrived late, at about 10:30 p.m., to these “apartments,” we were tired, we wanted to sleep, we started to register, the codes sent by booking and the support service turned out to be incorrect. The correct codes were sent only at 7:30 in the morning, they didn’t even apologize, as if nothing had happened. I do not recommend these apartments under any circumstances!!!! Worst place 👎

We booked a room on Booking in the first half of the day, the money was debited, Booking sent a confirmation of the reservation. We arrived to check in at night after a long journey and it turned out that the codes did not work. The apartments changed the booking codes to their own and sent this code the next day AFTER the check-in date, after we wrote that we were standing at check-in at night and could not get the key because the booking codes did not work. The guests helped solve this problem, but the support service does not respond, the mail does not work. The support service responded only in the morning by sending these codes without an apology. We were left without an overnight stay after traveling a long distance. The money has not been returned. I do not recommend using the services of these apartments. We previously used similar services from other apartments and had no such problems.

Easy to find by car.The Strassenbahn runs closest to the door.Check-in via computer - lovely easy and clear, and no stress about the reception's opening hours. You come when you come.We had a 4 person room. There was a nice bathroom and not least a small kitchenette, fridge, mini-freezer. We were able to refreeze our cooling elements overnight, so they were ready for the next morning's further speed.Good beds, hygienic and cosy. Modern style.Worthy of recommendation.

It's great, modern, clean and easy to check in. However, in the morning we found out that there are no towels in our room. Probably a mistake. But we could only call the contact number after 9 :00. So that didn't work for us.

Booking was first accepted and then canceled after a few days. The apartments were suddenly “fully booked.” Actually not a bad place to stay but something like this is very annoying.
