Great location, wonderful views from all windows.We had the apartment in the attic, room 14.It's just nice to have a vacation here.Unfortunately not very clean...more could be put into it.But since we were on Hiddensee to explore the island and not vacation in a fancy apartment, the defects didn't bother us so much and we made good things out of it.Nevertheless, you could really reduce the price - it is really very high for the condition!Nevertheless...the location is perfect and we would like to come back here at any time.

We were shocked by reality.We have never had such a dirty holiday apartment!The floors couldn't even be said to be swept clean. There are plenty of spiders in every room and every corner. Dead flies on every window sill. The door to the living area is splattered and totally sticky. The dishwasher doesn't wash cleanly and so the dishes are left in the cupboard with food residue on them. The kitchen ceiling was open, with a sewer pipe underneath and loose cables hanging down.Antenna connection box without cover, open dowel holes everywhere and cut heating pipes. The bed linen was clean, but since we were asked to remove it when we left, Eckel came up. Urine stains!!!We are totally disappointed with the Süderhaus and will definitely not book it again despite the excellent location.There is no relationship between price and performance here.

So we need to take a breather now. I agree with Ms. Hollstein 100%. This property was sold for 1.6 million. But it's just horrible. According to the owner and seller, the dirt is normal for an old house. I see it differently, even in an old house it can be clean. It was a complete rip off. It's a shame for the house because it's in a nice location. I've been going there for many years but I've never experienced anything like this. 🤮 I share these pictures so that everyone can form their own opinion. 750€ for a week is quite cheeky in such a condition. I will also make this public.The images shown on Google Maps are definitely not correct. This is nicely edited. 😬

Actually there should be minus stars. For us it's a complete rip off. Broken dirty inventory. Mold in the bathroom, defective shower fitting to flood the bathroom. Mold and dirt on walls and curtains as well as other indefinable stains. The room smelled of urine. I think that guests with dogs also check in there and the cleaning is not done. Cleaning was only done there to make beds. The refrigerator smelled so bad that even the friendly caretaker couldn't save it. The outside area was unkempt and the building was in a generally shabby condition. The icing on the cake was that our baby woke up the next morning with flea bites. After contacting the administration, we were unable to find alternative accommodation so we had to leave the next day. I hope that something happens there in the long term and that it is renovated. The location is actually quite nice. Furthermore, the grounding cable for lightning protection was cut. Hopefully nothing ever happens there...

We were really looking forward to this vacation as a family. We wanted to stay for a week but the accommodation was so bad, lots of mould, broken shower head, broken kitchen cupboards, it also smelled very bad in the attic apartment. We left the next day because there was no ferry in the evening. We were so excited about this vacation and unfortunately we couldn't find any other way to stay

15 parties are accommodated in the Süderhaus. Beautiful property with a beach chair in the garden and a barbecue.Behind the dike, sheltered from the wind, close to the beach.Cleanliness of the shower and bathroom sink can be improved.Noisy house, you can hear the party above you very clearly.Friendly, helpful caretaker.

Very simple accommodation, noisy and carelessly furnished. Location is quite remote. You have to really like Hiddensee / Neuendorf and have no alternative to check in here again. But Neuendorf has a special charm, away from the overcrowded Vitte.

Apartment 13: Solid holiday apartment for 2 people, pleasantly located on the outskirts of Neudorf. Small pantry kitchen with basic equipment. The ferry can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, as can the shop, bike rental and restaurant. The size of the room is sufficient, large bathroom, small kitchen. The apartment is on the first floor, and there are seating and dining areas in front of the house. Pleasant, informal atmosphere. No staff on site, check-in and check-out via keyboy and pin. When we booked, it was a decent price-performance ratio for Hiddensee. Definitely recommended for a short stay on the island. You can park in the large car park in Schaprode, currently. €12 for 4 days, ferry €60 for 2 people there and back.Not barrier-free.

I liked the location perfectly. The clairaudience bothered me a lot. There was arrival and departure every day, the allowed dogs barked of course. And although I like dogs very much, I don't want to be constantly disturbed by dogs barking.I found the cleaning lady who rattled around for several hours very annoying and also left the front door open for 1000 mosquitoes that I then had in the apartment. There was no fly screen in the bathroom, so you needed insect spray there too. The furnishings are simple but okay. The caretaker was the nicest islander I met there all week. Despite the minor defects, I would recommend the Süderhaus. Maybe paint again, clean the windows and put fly screen frames on them, but overall it's pretty good.

It's really an imposition. Pure rip off...It's dirty, no one has cleaned here... extremely noisy... you can hear everything not only from your neighbors but also from the people who live above you.The television has no private channels and has no reception even when there is little wind.Family vacation 2023 is for the ton. Very comfortably furnished, it is clean and tidy, but there are a few minor flaws. The WiFi is very poor in some apartments, there seems to be only one router for the whole house, so in some rooms you can only receive WiFi if you hold your cell phone up to the ceiling. The kitchen is also very sparsely furnished. Unfortunately, the doors are very thin and you are woken up early in the morning by the noises of other holiday guests.

So it’s a lovely house but there were a couple of flaws. When we arrived the oven and hob didn’t work, but a man came and fixed them the next morning. The blinds were also a bit of an issue; one bedroom didn’t have any and in the other room they were very stiff and would just collapse down, very awkward to handle them - weird paper material.However aside from these it is a really lovely place, great views all around

Very nice accommodation, easy to reach and the arrival was very well prepared. Apartment number 10 is large enough and has a great view of the lagoon! We really enjoy being here. It is absolutely quiet and relaxing.
