I booked the holiday apartment through NOVASOL as a holiday apartment for 4 people. However, the apartment only offers space for 2 people or 3 if the 3 sleeps on the couch in the living room. Otherwise the location is very nice and quiet. The rooms are modern and in good condition.

A very quiet area where you can completely switch off. The cooking scarecrow impresses with its charm and the garden is huge and fenced in so that the fur nose can romp around extensively. All necessary shops and nice restaurants can be reached within a 15-minute drive by car. The dog beach in Rerik is worth a visit.We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the break from everyday life.

Super friendly landlord, the dog had plenty of exercise and a huge property at his disposal. Apartment very inviting, clean and nothing is missing. All in all, the Note 10 doesn't get any better.

Here you can really relax with very nice landlords who take care of everything and rent out extremely tasteful holiday apartments.

Here: Hauptstrasse 21.I wouldn't have thought that nowadays I would still have to check whether a holiday home has heating! In this property, a fireplace means that the house can only be heated by one!In our case with two children under 3 years old it would have been crucial!Furthermore, the garden is not completely fenced in, so you cannot leave your dog outside unsupervised during the day, because where the gap in the fence is, it leads directly to the street.But it's not a bad thing, since someone is always walking around the property during the day, never introducing themselves and doing something in the shed on the property!This means, firstly, that you have no privacy and, secondly, you have an uneasy feeling when your child and dog or even just your wife are alone in the garden!We found the cleanliness of the house compared to our other houses that we have already rented (from Austria to Bavaria, the North Sea to Denmark) in the lower Mittrelfeld. In any case, after our stay it was cleaner than before.There are shopping opportunities in the area within a radius of 7 to 15 km, depending on which shops you want to visitThe sea is about 1.2 km away on foot, but there is no direct access.The only way to get directly to the sea is via a campsite.Anything else means longer journeys or detours.The large sandy beaches in Rerik and Kühlungsborn are nice and clean, but you should know that you have to pay €15 for a day ticket in these places, plus a fee of €2 per person!Overall, the Baltic Sea is a failure for me and my family!We will continue to prefer the North Sea, the Mediterranean and Lake Chiemsee.It was an attempt but unfortunately failed!

If you're a city dweller who wants to escape everyday life, you'll find an oasis of peace here and don't have to miss out on anything. All apartments are comfortably furnished and even have WiFi, which is indispensable these days 😉
Rarely do you find such warm landlords who are always approachable. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine 👍
