Wonderful stay with children. A great breakfast with a view of the play area. Large meadow with a small stream and some animals in the immediate vicinity. Playground with slide, nest swing and mud kitchen and lots of toys. Unfortunately I missed the Strammen Max for dinner - next time! Ideal for families with children, especially with the Active Pass, which gives free entry to swimming pools, zoos and the toboggan run in Sankt Englmar (30 minutes by car). Definitely use it! Bodenmais is about 8 minutes away by car. The Märchenalm is within walking distance, but was not yet open in March.

Quaint, cozy country house in a quiet but central location for excursions. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating, we felt very welcome. The breakfast is varied and has something for everyone, and individual requests are also catered for.Dinner is also possible upon request. All in all, a feel-good place. We recommend.

We were able to spend a wonderful short skiing holiday at the Landhaus Erna. We lived with 3 children in the apartment under the roof and even though the area of the apartment is not very large, the space is used so effectively that we never felt cramped. There is enough storage space thanks to the good layout of the rooms and the kitchenette has everything you need. The breakfast is excellent and in the evening there are “snacks” (Strammen Max, meat loaf, etc.) for little money, which left each of us more than full. The Gröller family was always approachable and helpful. We are already planning our next visit!

I have rarely experienced such friendly and personable hosts. Our family felt completely comfortable here. The breakfast is delicious and the location is quiet. A few minutes to the Märchenalm Böbrach and the Ameisenstrasse children's hiking trail. About 30 minutes to Sankt Englmar, where there are several attractions. It was perfect for us with two small children. Unreserved recommendation for this small but nice guest house.
