The location is great, nice atmosphere too. Service, well that's how it works. Ice cream tastes good, but big city prices for quite small sundaes. Additional charge for changes. No cream....1.50 euros extra charge.Mostly closed

The two of us had a wonderful time in this holiday apartment. The apartment is very nicely furnished and exudes a welcoming atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness – everything was spotless. With its generous size and spacious bathroom, the apartment offered plenty of space to feel comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and ensured a restful night.The kitchen was excellently equipped. There was really everything you needed for cooking: a small stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and even a few pots. The small seating area with the large television offered a cozy way to end the evening.The landlord could be reached by phone at any time and was very friendly. We felt well looked after all around. We found the numerous information materials particularly positive, which helped us to get to know the surrounding area better and to plan our excursions. An additional plus is the free WiFi.The apartment is in a very quiet area, which we particularly liked. Another highlight were the external roller blinds, which made it possible to completely darken the rooms. However, you have to be aware that the apartment is a bit away from the city. There was a free parking lot nearby, just a minute's walk away.A small downer is that there is no breakfast. But thanks to the excellently equipped kitchen, it was easy to cater for ourselves.All in all, we were very satisfied and would happily come back at any time. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for quiet and well-equipped accommodation.

This is almost out of the ordinary, so where should I start....The café is in a great location at the entrance to Ranis Castle, has a very inviting shaded terrace, a really exceptionally beautiful dining room, a very good café and homemade cakes and cake specialties, the ice cream sundaes are also really tasty. We were there several times during the week we were at the Neumannshof campsite. It's very nice to reach by bike or car from the campsite and is definitely worth driving there.What else should be mentioned is that you have to place your order at the counter and pay straight away, there is also a display of cakes on offer, the order is then brought to the table, I assume this is due to the contemporaries who always suffering from Alzheimer's again and forgetting to pay. But that doesn't detract from the very nice stay.

We had work to do in the Schleizer triangle and booked the 6-person apartment at Café Ilse. The apartment is opposite the café, right next to the fire station.Both the first impression and the entire stay were absolutely worth 5 stars. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard, is spacious, looks like new and has flair.The communication and a short meeting with the landlord were also very pleasant.If we are in the area again we would be happy to come back.

The owner's reception was a bit reserved... (I was greeted more friendly...) Rooms were very nicely furnished, unfortunately noisy and very noisy during the opening times of the café on the ground floor with the window open. Since the rooms are very warm and have no air conditioning, the open window is essential. There is no curtain in front of the window in question - the one hanging there is far too small, so you can't darken it opaquely. Somehow the curtains were saved here. There are none in the bathroom, even though the passage to the other room goes along the outside of the bathroom. Not a nice feeling when you're sitting on the toilet (even with the window tilted) and people walk past. A roller blind or curtain would create a little more well-being. Unfortunately, she also sat here from time to timeCleaning lady and enjoyed her cigarette with coffee. As a guest, it's totally unpleasant and annoying that someone smokes in front of the bathroom window who isn't even a guest there, and all the smoke wafts into the place. (I still don't know to this day whether she was wearing anything under her coat. The coat stopped just above her butt, I only have legs there... that was absolutely inappropriate) The room's furnishings were a bit sparse, as if it had been counted exactly - from them Flushing tabs to toilet paper.The icing on the cake was the march of a few villagers (I assume they were villagers, since the meeting point and start was in front of the Ranis fire station/youth center 50m next to the café) who marched through the village at night bellowing right-wing slogans and songs like that and finally were pursued by the police.

Café is super nice, very nice team, atmosphere exceptionally cozy. Cake best cake I ever ate. The coffee is also of the best quality. There are also homemade lemonades and ice cream. Everything your heart desires!The rooms in the holiday apartment are also very comfortable and extremely stylishly furnished. Simply the perfect place. With a distant view.
