Was only there for breakfast, but fabulous service, very creative and lovingly prepared.The kitchen fairy kept coming to ask what other wishes I had. The food is all fresh and regional. Apparently there will also be a brunch soon.Furthermore, well-maintained social media. General enrichment for the city. Everything is still quite new, the rooms are very tastefully decorated and renovated. Apparently opened recently.However, a friend of mine has already spent the night there and was full of praise. So 100% recommendation.

New, great hotel in a prime location! Was traveling for business and came across this new hotel. Sigmaringen needs something like that too. Very attractive rooms, very individual, courteous service from all employees. Lovingly decorated building with top hotel character. Parking directly opposite is possible free of charge.

We were in Sigmaringen over the long weekend and booked a room at the Hotel am Prinzengarten. After initial skepticism about the noise of the train station, we were proven wrong. You really didn't notice anything, even though we had the room facing the tracks. The room was beautifully furnished and exuded a wonderful cosiness and feel-good atmosphere. Just like the beautiful breakfast room, the cozy relaxation room, the great sauna. The employees were all super nice and accommodating. We have never encountered this in such a way before. We would like to give more than 5 stars. We would love to come back. ❤️ Thank you!!!!

Wonderfully furnished, very individual rooms with extra comfortable beds.A breakfast room that is second to none, almost like a museum.My dog also felt very comfortable and was immediately greeted with a gift at reception.

Dubious or accommodating?We had reserved three rooms for the weekend of the 20th/21st/22nd. September. In the afternoon we all got a call telling us when we would arrive, that the reception was only open until 6 p.m. but that we could pick up the keys in the bar next door. It then turned out in the bar that there was a techno party taking place from Friday to Saturday that was supposed to last until 5:00 in the morning. A fellow traveler then contacted the manager and asked whether we could cancel - we didn't want to lie awake all night (there were already earplugs in the room). The managing director then pushed around a bit, but agreed to cancel. We then had to try to find another hotel in Sigmaringen in the evening, which we managed to do after a while, although only in a three-bed room for the first night. In the end, we were "accommodatingly" charged for one night on the grounds that such a short-term cancellation could not be accepted. We are very annoyed that we were not informed in advance (the techno party takes place every four weeks), so we could have reacted in a relaxed manner while adhering to the cancellation deadline. So feel free to take a look at the bar's event calendar and decide for yourself how you perceive such behavior: dubious or accommodating? By the way, the music boomed all the way to our new hotel, 2 km away.

If I could give a sixth star - the hotel deserves it. I received a very, very warm welcome and was given a short tour of the house by the boss himself. The sauna/wellness area is small, but very nice, with everything you could wish for... including various infusion concentrates. The rooms, beds, breakfast...all in all - it was great and truly unique. Keep it up!

We would love to come back!!! The proximity to the train station for train travelers is unbeatable! A great place and a hotel designed with a lot of love!

We spontaneously decided to spend the night in Sigmaringen at 8 pm and were fortunate enough to secure two single rooms, as no doubles were available. The friendly hotel manager personally greeted us and gave us a brief late-night introduction to the building’s history.The hotel’s charm is evident from the street. Housed in the old train station, the interiors are carefully renovated to preserve the late 19th-century ambiance. The wallpaper, paintings, lamps, and furniture strike a perfect balance between being decorative and simplistic.Breakfast was a treat, served in a room where the Prince of Hohenzollern once waited for his train. Our rooms were small, cozy, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the solid shampoo ball provided—a great-smelling, nearly zero-waste alternative to traditional plastic bottles.The only downside was the noise from the nearby DB trains, which are unfortunately still powered by motors rather than electric, making them somewhat loud. On a warm night, you might hear them if the window is open, though earplugs are thoughtfully provided.Overall, we highly recommend staying at this well-located hotel, especially if you’re arriving by train.

My wife and I went on a short trip to Sigmaringen on our motorbikes and can only recommend the Hotel am Prinzengarten. Tip-top renovated, very friendly team, very nice room, great breakfast and wonderful little breakfast room. Free parking and a wonderful park right across the street complete the deal. It's a maximum of five minutes walk to the city center with some nice restaurants, the Zündapp Museum and the Hohenzollern Castle. Perhaps another comment: There is no elevator. Maybe important to know if you rely on it. The building also belongs to the former train station, which means there are tracks right behind it. There aren't too many trains, but if you're sensitive, you should use the earplugs, which are free ;-) It didn't bother us. We will definitely come back and stay there again.

we had booked another hotel 15 minutes away from Prinzegarten and they couldn't accommodate so we had to ring hotels in the area. Prinzergarten manager was amazing, came from home to accommodate and this was after midnight. The staff in the morning were also amazing and helpful. The jungle room was spacious, modern and comfortable.

Great boutique hotel also for special occasions and events, in a quiet location! It is located in the rear tower of the historic Sigmaringen train station from the imperial era. No comparison to usual business or holiday hotels.The themed rooms are designed with attention to detail, as is the entrance area, the historic staircase and the unique breakfast room.On the occasion of my birthday, I booked the entire hotel for my out-of-town guests. Great breakfast, exceptional ambience, very friendly and courteous staff as well as very charming management and owners!If necessary, you can also have your luggage brought to your room, which is just one example of the good service.All guests as well as my wife and I were extremely satisfied and enjoyed being guests here,I would book again and again!Unfortunately, I live in the same town, so I rarely have the pleasure of being a guest here. Thank you very much!

Beautiful hotel with attention to detail. In the listed Sigmaringen train station. Nevertheless, you sleep peacefully. Comfortable beds. I had the beautiful Alpine room. Breakfast is prepared with a lot of love. Fresh scrambled or fried eggs. Good coffee. We recommend.
